I currently have the Swagman Pickup bike rack with fork mount. Im wondering if I can get the G1025 to convert it to a wheel mount so I dont have to remove the front wheel.

The Replacement Wheel Holder for Swagman G10 Bike Rack # G1025 unfortunately does not fit the Swagman Pick-Up Truck-Bed-Mounted 2 Bike Carrier # S64702.
If you wanted a truck bed bike rack, that mounts via the wheel rather than the fork, then the Thule Insta-Gater Pro Truck Bed Bike Rack # TH93VR would work great for you.
This rack can accommodate one bike weighing 50-lbs with a maximum tire diameter of 20"-29", and a maximum tire width of 5".
