Replace 1 urethane bushing on your older Roadmaster Sterling tow bar.

We had one arm that constantly sticks making a pain to unhook vehicle. I cleaned and lubricated everything but no help. When I removed the existing bushing everything moved without hanging up (bench test, not tested on tow). I replaced the bushing with the new one and it appears to now work just fine now. The bushing was back ordered but Etrailer contacted me to let me know the situation and worked on getting me the part. Their customer service is awesome!
