Hi, everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at the Replacement Quick-Release End for your Leer Tonneau Covers. So, folks, this replaces the quick-release ball socket end for those Leer Tonneau Cover Prop Rods, and it simply connects to the prop rod and the ball stud on your tonneau cover. And I don't know how good you can see it, but in the rubber or plastic here, it says Lock or Unlock. This of course, is a spring-loaded release mechanism, and what it's doing is it's moving these metal prongs there away from the ball whenever you need to put it on or off, and then of course you got the little clip there included. Now, this does work with all Leer HF350 and HF650 Tonneau Covers.

I have a Leer Tonneau cover for a 2019 Ford Ranger. I broke one of the Quick Release Ends. I contacted Leer for a replacement and they referred me to two dealers in my area. They were not really interested in helping me get Leer parts. After an online search I found Etrailer and ordered the part online. Two days later the part arrived and the issue is resolved!

Original hardware not available from manufacturer nor dealer where cover was purchased . Etrailer.com had the needed product, was easy to order, and delivery was fast . Easier to release than original set. No instruction's included but not difficult to figure out. Highly recommend.
