  • POL fittings install in-line between your tank valve and pigtail to your pressure regulator
  • 2 Model 250 quick-disconnect ports let you hook up and disconnect without hand tightening

    • When valve on your tank is open, can provide propane to 2 appliances
  • Shut-off levers on quick-disconnect ports allow you to easily shut off gas supply
    • Ball valve prevents disconnection when lever is in the "on" position to keep gas contained

Fitting Diagram

Make camping more fun and relaxing. Moving your RV once you've gotten settled at the campsite is a real chore. No one wants to have to pack up, unplug, and go refill the propane tank, just to come back to the site and set everything up all over again. This Sturgi-Stay T-fitting lets you connect an auxiliary cylinder to your setup using the included fill hose. As a result, you can run your appliances from the propane in your cylinder rather than using up the LP gas from your RV's tank. When you run out, just refill the auxiliary cylinder and hook it up again.

Quick Disconnect Ports

QDs

The Sturgi-Stay features 2 quick-disconnect ports. The first port connects to the included fill hose from the auxiliary cylinder. The other port provides a connection point for a small, portable appliance or propane tree, via the included adapter hose. This way you can power a grill, heater, or other accessory without needing to use a 1-lb throwaway cylinder.

Both quick-disconnect ports let you connect and disconnect the included hoses without any tools. Simply snap the quick-disconnect hoses into the ports and they will stay locked in until you release them. To remove the hoses, just pull back on the collars of the ports. The ports also feature gas shut-off levers that allow you to completely cut off the propane supply to that port to keep gas contained when no hose is attached. Be sure to move the lever to the "off" position before disconnecting the hose.

  • Parts Needed to Add 100 lb Propane Tank Setup to RV
We have kits that are designed for connecting an auxiliary tank to a propane setup on a fifth wheel like yours but we don't recommend trying to fill up what you have now with a 100 lb tank. What you'd need is the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting w/ Hoses for POL Valve # 103539-MBS. This is a tee fitting setup that installs in the feed line of the tank setup which allows you to basically add in a connection from an additional tank like you are wanting to do.

  • Adding 100 lb Propane Tank to 5th Wheel with Dual 30 lb Tanks with Auto Changeover Regulator
To add a 100 lb tank to your two 30 lb tanks, I recommend the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting w Hose - Type 1 Valve - Quick Disconnect, Disposable Cylinder Ports # 103615. This will allow you to connect the red fitting to one of your tanks and the pigtail from that tank to the brass side of the T-fitting. Then you will use the POL side of the 6 foot hose to connect to your 100 lb tank and the quick connect end to the T-fitting. Make sure your quick connect fitting is open and you'll...

  • Adapter Recommendation to Connect 5th Wheel Propane to External Tank and Grill
The kit you need is the part # 103539-MBS which comes with the lines and several fittings to accomplish what you are looking to do. This will allow you to hook an external propane tank up to your RV if needed. Also has adapters for allowing you to use a grill too.

  • Adapter Fitting Needed To Connect A 100lb Tank To A Dual Tank Regulator
Assuming that your regulator hose has an ACME fitting on it and the 100lb tank has a POL fitting you'll just need the # 204128-MBS. The POL side will thread into the 100lb tank and the ACME side will allow you to screw on your regulator supply hose.

  • Can I Connect A Portable Grill To The Propane Manifold On My 19 KZ Connect C303RL
Hello John, thanks for reaching out. Portable grills are intended to be used with their own propane tank, so there is no way to connect a grill to the manifold on your RV. The propane coming from your RV is already regulated, and the grill has its own built-in regulator. So this would double regulate the propane which will not allow the grill to work properly. Your best option for this will be to carry a separate propane tank for the grill. If space is tight, you can always use a small...

  • How to Connect MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting to 1/4" NPT Fitting
Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you have an unusual setup because to my knowledge all 100 lb motorhome propane tanks use the POL port like what came on the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting w/ Hoses # 103539-MBS you got from us. With that being said, if you're needing the Propane Adapter Fitting # 37207-30095 then this takes a 1/4" Male NPT fitting and changes it to a POL fitting that your MB Sturgis T-Fitting is compatible with. Be sure to use Teflon tape or an alternative sealant...

  • Recommendation for Adding a 3rd and 4th Propane Tank to Fifth Wheel Trailer
Chaining 4 tanks together is not recommended. I instead would use two separate systems an you will want to make sure the two additional tanks can also sit upright and have proper ventilation. You can use base # 37207-31535 for both or # CAM57236 for each. Then for the two tanks use the Camco Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator for Dual Propane Tanks # CAM59005. The hose coming from the regulator could be a quick connect like # CAM59853 to make changing between the 2 tank systems...

  • How To Add In Another Propane Line To A 2020 Tiffin Allegro Red Motorhome
There's too many variables to consider when rerouting propane so there isn't an all-in-one type of kit. Typically if you're routing permanent lines it's recommended to use a copper hard line instead of a hose so you would need a tee like # 37207-30135 to be able to connect the line. You would need a 1/4" male inverted flare fitting to whatever fitting you end up putting on the copper line. Typically a 3/8" swivel flare fitting is used on copper lines so you could get a 1/4" male inverted...
