Parts Needed to Attach 100 Propane tank to RV with Two 30 lb Tanks

Question:
Im not sure what i need to make my 100 lb cylinder work/hook up to my father in laws RV. He has 2 30 lb tanks and a manual regulator i think. Hes running out of propane when he heats.
