Does it support the blind spot monitor?

I do have an option for you, however the K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirror - Passenger # KS70103T (or # KS70103-04T for the pair) referenced in your question will not retain the blind spot detection system on your Toyota Tundra. There is not a custom replacement mirror available that will retain this function.
In order to keep this function activated on your truck, I recommend looking at the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors # KS81300 as long as you don't have the Limited or Platinum Edition. These custom mirrors will simply snap over the factory mirrors on your Tundra and won't obstruct the blind spot indicator on the glass.
I have attached a short video demonstration on these mirrors so you can see exactly how they install and operate.
