Male: Today we're going to be taking a look at part number AMG100055. This is the Arkansas chrome mascot emblem. It's a two inch hitch cover, it's designed for your two inch by two inch trailer hitch receiver. The hitch cover is going to allow you to represent your team spirit, it's also going to allow you to add a clean finished look to your hitch, and it's going to help keep dirt and grime out of your hitch, which is ultimately going to prevent rust and corrosion to the hitch. The hitch cover is going to be made from a steel construction, it's going to feature a really nice black powder coat finish on it which is going to offer great protection from rust and corrosion. We're going to have a chrome plated metal emblem sitting on the face plate that's going to feature a rust proof and fade proof design, and it's American made. Here on the backside, we're going to have a foam gasket that goes around the shank right here.
The foam gasket is designed to help prevent rattle between the hitch and the face of the cover, so it offers a little bit of a tighter fit on some hitches. That's a great thing to have on there, and that is included. This is an officially licensed product. Pretty simple installation. What you will do is slide this piece into the opening of your hitch, slide it in until you hit your pin holes in your hitch. Line it up with the pin holes in the hitch cover and then you need to insert a hitch pin and clip or a hitch pin and lock.
If you don't have one, those items are sold separately and can be found right here at etrailer.com. A few measurements to go over with you real quick. The face is going to give us a width of about five inches, and a height of three and a half inches. I'm going to remove the foam gasket, it just slides on and off right there. I'm going to take a measurement from the back of the face plate to the center of the pin hole. That's going to give us a measurement of two and five eighths of an inch.
Again, this is designed for your two inch by two inch trailer hitch receiver. That's going to do it for today's look at part number AMG100055.
