Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this performance tool 11-piece 1/2 inch drive X Tracks SAE Impact socket set. Now this is a durable Impact socket set that'll let you easily remove those stripped, rusted or even rounded SAE size nuts and bolts using this durable socket set. The sockets will connect to your 1/2 inch drive ratchet or Impact drill to remove damaged nuts and bolts. It is made of an Impact grade steel so that you can trust the sockets with your 1/2 inch drive Impact drill.

I did want to show you how we open it. You can see there's two latches on the side. Flip one open just like that. Flip the other one open and you'll see once they're both open, it's a dual hinge so they'll just both lay down. And then your sockets are right here.

You can see there's the sockets. You can use these to remove old, stripped, rusted or damaged hardware that is up to 85% rounded. And how they do that, I wanted to zoom in even closer. If you look on the inside, you'll notice they have these little bitty claws or notches in between, and that is what will help grip a rounded off nut or bolt to give you gripping power. So it's a pretty nice feature on these.

It will include all the sizes you need. It'll include, actually if we show you, we can go around the bend here and they are stamped on the socket themselves. Start with a 3/8 inch, 7/16, 1/2 inch, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16. And if we flip it around this way, you'll be able to see 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16 and the largest would be the one inch. Now they are a deep wall Impact grade vanadium steel for strength and durability.

They are corrosion and oil resistant black phosphate finish on them. And as we mentioned, if you look on 'em, they do have nice large laser etched numerals on the sockets for quick identification. And actually even in the case, they have it marked with the size, just so you know where they go. The dual hinge storage case, just like that'll help keep the set organized and easy to access. You just flip the handle over, push the lever down and it's locked into place. Then you have a nice handle here that you can carry it all around, keep them all in one place.
