Hitch Recommendation for 2019 Audi e-tron to Carry Bike Rack

The Audi tow hitch requires reprogramming of the vehicle per the Audi technical representative. Does this hitch require any additional programming if the hitch will only be used to haul bikes in a hitch rack?

The Stealth Hitch part # SH34FR that fits your 2019 Audi e-tron does not require any programming of the vehicle. You can install this without having to take the vehicle to a dealer. Most likely the programming required for the factory setup is for trailer wiring which you wouldn't need since you plan to carry a bike rack.
For a bike rack then the Kuat NV 2.0 part # NV22G is widely considered to be the nicest and easiest to use bike rack out there. This would be a really great option to carry two bikes. I attached a review video for more info on it as well.
