Pretty easy install. Simply replaces the metal spacer under the bumper. No drilling needed. Only mod was to trim the plastic bumper for the hitch. Great addition to my 2024 Bronco Sport.
E-trailer has never let us down until this order. First order kept trying to hit our account and wouldn't so we thought it was canceled. Ordered again same issue but then received email that the hitch would not arrive until Dec 2023. When it was ordered in Aug. Then first hitch showed up next day. now paying return fee and restocking fee when there was no communication other than 1 email that looked like normal email other than December delivery date. chat no one was helpful will be ordering all future hitches from amazon. Sad because I like your products but cant trust your service.
I did not receive any instructions for installation.
Arrived with all parts; installed relatively easily. No complaints.
Might benefit from putting a lock washer in lieu of the conical dished washer as that bolt tended to turn and was a bit tricky to torque to spec.

Still working.Sure saves my back from the old cranking method. Wish it had more speed to it, but it is what it is. I love it and will never do without it. Thank you great product and dependable.
