The receiver is great. The install instructions were not accurate. The spacers wouldn't fit thru the existing holes in the frame. I used a uni-bit to enlarge the hole. Also the instructions said to cut the heat shield 3" x 7". While the heat shield needwd to be trimmed, 3x7 is not necessary.
I was able to install the receiver in just a little over 2 hours. This is on a 2025 Acura TLX
Was hard to install because of the drilling and having to grind down the spacers/locking brackets since they didn’t fit on the guide hole but overall happy with the hitch
