Arrived when promised. The assembly and installation instructions are excellent.
The installation process is great. Simple, not too difficult even if you don't have a friend to help. I pretty much used my hydraulic jack as my extra hands and heavy lifting. Now time to start hauling. ;-) Thank you etrailer.
Trailer went off without a hitch! After 1 year of ownership through the winter snows and salted roads it shows no sign of wear or oxidation. It is used mainly for light duty for a hitch mounted bicycle rack. No complaints, solid, sturdy and durable. Great stuff from Curt.
etrailer is smart. They ask for a review a year later and not 10 minutes after you buy the product. That gives you a chance to install it and use it. This receiver has done as I expected. It was an easy install and works well. The only downside to date was me. I left the hitch attached to the car/receiver and a guy walked around my car, kind of close to it and tripped over the ball mount/draw bar. Ouch!!

This Curt trailer hitch fit my 2010 Lincoln MKS perfect, I did watch the video provided by etrailer.com two weeks before receiving the hitch and Curt wiring harness. Currently haven't installed the pigtail harness and just using the hitch for my recumbent trike. Once again etrailer.com came through for me delivering another well deserved 5 star rating!!!
Super easy install. Took maybe 45 minutes. Hardest part (as always) is trying to find the right height blocks to support one end of the hitch while bolting the other side in. Definitely would be easier with two people, nbut if you know how to improvise, one person can handle it.
