This is the second hitch I have bought from etrailer.com. Both times they arrived ahead of schedule and fit perfectly. The price is better than any other place locally or on line.
Receiver hitch was perfect. Fit great on my 2004 scion xa. Very easy to install, although that exhaust hanger is a pain to remove.
The product that I purchased from etrailer was amazing worked perfect, the sales person Olivia was extremely helpful and caring.
Service was top notch. Items delivered in a timely manner, though I did have an issue with a part that was received all banged up. After speaking with etrailer rep, she apologized and immediately sent out a replacement. They get 10 stars in my book
The hitch is great; easy to install, and it fit perfectly.
The light kit was not so good. The connections are not reliable, and it is difficult to make the lights work when I want to use the trailer.
This is the easiest hitch install I've done. The hardest part was getting the tiedown hooks removed (2002 with 190k New York miles on it), but a good impact made it happen. Gave me a chance to try out my Lisle 38350 exhaust hanger pliers which made moving the exhaust out of the way a 10 second deal (if you install hitches for a living, get those).
The hitch itself has held up fine with about a thousand miles of pulling our small camp trailer.
trailer hitch should have better clearance for the receiver as the hitch rubs' the bottom of the bumper on my model
The towing hitch arrived promptly and was of very good quality. Everything was included, bolts, washers, and instructions. It is true that it should not take more than 30 minutes to install. However, be aware that you will have to drop the exhaust down to install the hitch. We were not able to get this loose ourselves so had to take to a mechanic to have it installed. Apparently using some lubrication will make it easier to release the fastener for the exhaust system (if you attempt this step on your own). The product and service were great, though.

I am still very happy with my hitch. I only use it as a receiver for my bike rack, but it has worked out great. Definitely would recommend.

I own a 2004 Scion XA and this hitch mounted with no problems. It slid right between the bumper and muffler without having to do anything except loosen the bumper a bit. I have pulled a trailer full of firewood up snowy hills with this hitch with zero issues. etrailer sent directly to my house in Alaska, which most online companies tend not to do. This is a high-quality product and I would buy again.
The trailer hitch works great! I just towed a trailer 2,909 miles with it and had no problems.

That is not typical with this model unless you have had body work done. Nonetheless, cutting a little fascia will not do any harm if you do not want the receiver touching the bumper.
