Today we're going to be taking a look at part #AMG100598 this is the Texas Chrome Mascot Emblem 2 inch Hitch Cover. The hitch cover is going to allow you to represent your school pride. It's going to add a clean finished look to your hitch. It's going to help keep dirt and grime out of the hitch. This hitch cover is made from a steel construction. It's going to feature a very nice black powder coat finish which is going to help it resist rust and corrosion. Here on the front we're going to have a chrome plated metal emblem, rust proof and fade proof design.

It is American made. We're also going to have a nice foam gasket. This is going to help rattling between the hitch and the hitch cover. This is an officially licensed product. Very simple installation, you just slide this in the receiver tube of your hitch, line up your pinholes and then you'll secure the hitch pin and clip or hitch pin and lock. Those items are sold separately, so if you need a hitch pin and click or lock you can find it right here at etrailer.com. The pinhole on this unit will accept a 5 inch diameter pin.

Few measurements to go over with you real quick. It's going to give us an overall width of about 5 inches and overall height of 3.5 inches. The distance that we have from the back of the foam pad to the center hitch pinhole, that's going to give us a measurement of 2.5 inches.
