Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our DeWay Battery-Powered Fuel Transfer Pump for gas cans. It's a threaded application onto the top of your gas can with a 51-inch long manual hose trigger. So folks, again, that cap is gonna create that seal on top of your gas can. I'll throw an image up real quick of what this looks like installed on your basic kinda standard gas can.
This is compatible with kerosene, gasoline and diesel fuels. This cap has an integrated adapter, so it's gonna work with a couple different thread options that are out there, the two most common can types. So, it may not work on kerosene, specific jugs or cans. Just keep that in mind. The intake here is about 19 inches long.
It's got a nice narrow pump and everything in here that'll go down inside the can with ease. You have that housing unit here. You have a flip up top here with this button that's spring loaded for stop. You have your on power. When you close this, it's gonna automatically shut it off.
It does require the use of four AA batteries, not included. We do sell them separately, part number DU58QR if you're interested. Or if you have some at home, just use what you have. You have a nice spring loaded nozzle handle. It is manual.
You have an option here of pushing this over the top to keep it running. And you have a nice hanging tool here. You can either hang on this side or the opposite side, or you can actually just push this nozzle straight through like this if you need to. So, a couple different options as far as that goes. Once again, this transfer hose is an impressive 51 inches long. So with your gas can down here, you're gonna be able to reach many, many things, many different areas as needed. The flow rate's about 2.2 gallons per minute via that long discharge hose. And you're gonna get approximately a hundred gallons of pumped fuel transferred on a set of four new AA batteries. Well folks, that is gonna wrap it up for our quick look together. I'm Steven. Thanks so much for your time. I hope this information's been helpful for you. As always, stay safe while you're towing.
Practical design, easy to use.
