Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir, which has more channeling to help minimize fluid movement while you are driving. Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner over the door sill.

Hi, everyone, Aiden here with etrailer.com Today we're taking a look at the WeatherTech custom fit floor liners here for the second row on your 2022 Chevrolet Equinox. These are gonna be an all-weather floor mat constructed of an HDTE material that's gonna be resistant to water and just do an overall better job protecting against those sorts of messes compared to the carpet mats from the factory. It's a single-piece design that goes from one side, through the middle in one continuous coverage piece, all the way to the other. And it's going to be custom fit for the Equinox here so everything's going to have great coverage. You can see that custom fit around the edges here. And I really like the raised edges, too, because it's gonna help with keeping water here where you can clean it up later.
It's not gonna spill out into your vehicle, but that's gonna give us the maximum protection around all these corners and curves to match the vehicle. The ridges here are designed to guide water away from the feet. So if you do come in with maybe some snowy shoes and the snow starts to melt, it's not gonna pool up. The ridges kind of guide it away towards the center and the outside edge where we can clean it up later. And if you need to, the whole thing's flexible enough to just lift out of the vehicle, take it in the driveway and just spray it off with the hose.
