Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today, we're taking a look at the DeWay Battery Powered Fuel Transfer Pump with an auto stop featured nozzle. Folks, this can pump 2.4 gallons per minute. Again, it features an auto shutoff nozzle, so that's really cool. You have a nice little cap here on the end of it.
And it has everything inside of there to auto stop once it senses that gas fill to the stop line. And as you can see, there's a clear hose. It is very flexible. It also has that grounding wire through there, but also that wire is telling it when it hits the sensor, "Hey, stop filling me. I got enough fuel in there." So then you have the pump of course at the bottom.
And then you have the connectors here. You can swap them out with different adapters that come with it. So it should fit pretty much most tanks that are out there as far as those gas cans. It does run on four AA batteries. Those are sold separately.
They are not included. And that features a nice cordless operation. Now, the discharge hose, the long one here, that's gonna be 51 inches long overall. And then the intake, that's the shorter one here, is 19 inches long, and that should fit into most of those deeper five to six gallon fuel cans and containers. So again, folks, a nice option for you.
They even include a nice clear storage bag. I'll be honest, it's just a plastic bag. Not much to it. Yes, everything will fit in there nice and neat, and it's been designed in a way that fuel's not gonna eat through the bag and those kind of things. But other than that, it's not like the most heavy duty, if you will. It's got a draw string here, but they do include it. So it's an option for you that comes with it as well. And then of course, whenever you need to turn it on or off, you got the on and off button. And like I mentioned before, it requires four AA batteries, not included. Now, I personally used this kind of pump, not this exact one, but the same brand. I've used this a couple times. Whenever I do off road excursions on my ATVs and whatnot, or even filling up lawnmowers and stuff. It's just a lot easier to use this and put that in there and let it do its thing and then it automatically shuts off than having to worry about holding those heavy gas cans and things.
