When you're on the blade before sunrise and the storm keeps pressing in, these heated LEDs cut through blowing snow and crappy weather. They keep shining while you clear the way for everyone heading in for the 9 to 5.
Anyone who has run a route in a wet, heavy storm knows how fast the lights on your rig can glaze over. One minute you're watching the blade, the next you're guessing at a curb that's somewhere under a drift. When the wind stacks wet snow across your gear, the heaters inside these lenses stay ahead of the freeze so nothing builds up or blinds you mid-route. That steady warmth keeps the lens open to the beam, which is shaped for close-range work in blowing snow. You can pick out blade corners, curbs, and wheel stops without washing out your field of view, and the amber signals sit forward where other drivers can see your turns in low visibility.
When the route turns rough and slush starts hammering the truck, the sealed housing keeps moisture out and protects the internals from corrosion. Spray, salt, and vibration from frozen ruts can wear down lesser setups, but this design keeps things dry and locked in place. You stay focused on the work instead of chasing water issues or loose hardware, and the light keeps working through the worst stretches of winter.

Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today we're looking at our Peterson heated LED snowplow light. You're gonna get a driver and a passenger side. Now, these can work on 12 or 24 volt. They do again, have a nice heated LED lens.
That's gonna prevent ice buildup, giving you consistent light output. You do have dual-colored beams,. so white for elimination, amber for signaling. And that amber signal also is shown in the back as well. So you're gonna get an even beam pattern.
It's gonna reduce glare and eye fatigue while driving. There's a little closeup of the different ones and I'm gonna light this up here in a second and show you just how bright and the different features. Roughly, it's about 4 3/8 inches thick, six and a half inches tall and 10 and 3/16 inches long. This is a nice weatherproof, weather-sealed housing. It's gonna protect against moisture, debris.
And the complete kit gives you all the wiring, even a little screwdriver, a little switch here, all your wired connectors, and then some mounts as well. So you get a lot with this kit. It's kind of an all-in-one kit if you will. And let's go ahead and light this up. Now, the only way I can do this, since it's 12 volt, is to get a little battery box in here, so bear with me.
Now, obviously this battery box is not included. And give me a second here to get this powered up. And we'll go through a couple of these lights. So again, folks, whether you're putting this on your snowplow, those kind of things, this would be a great option for you if you don't already have something or if it's just time to replace what you do have. Bear with me here. Okay, so as you can see, that's the bottom beam and then I'll carefully switch out to the top beam. Obviously you wanna follow the instructions when you're wiring this up to be sure you're getting everything correct whenever you're wiring it up. And there's the top beam. Then, of course, the amber, which would be a blinker. And the final one, that little middle one there, which I think is kind of neat too 'cause it's something you don't really realize until you see it lit up. So that's a look at those lit up, and like I said, nice bright option for you. Again, you get a right hand, left hand. These are the Peterson heated LED snowplow lights. I'm Steven with etrailer.
