2 Part shout out here.
The folks here at etrailer, did and backed up everything that they claimed to.
They had the product, shipped in a very timely fashion, Lorie,B, sent follow up Emails, and purchase receipt as was stated.
NOW here's the kicker, enter UPS, The original package was not just damaged, but obliterated beyond recognition. The jack was wrapped in cardboard and loosely taped up. To top it off the gear box was jammed internally, even with a baring bar in the shaft hole it turned with great effort. The shipment was refused.
I notified, etrailer.com, Lorie B. of the situation. She was most apologetic, And stated they had 1 more in the warehouse and it would go out ASAP, 2-3 days prob due to shipping backlog. That same evening I got an email stating that my jack had been shipped. Talking about customer service!!!
This jack was ordered for a particular job, that was on a shut down, Time was a factor and parts orders were taken into the time frame given. No ever dreamed UPS would mess things up, but I should have. You see this Is NOT the 1st time UPS hs messed up this ole guy.
Kudos to etrailer.com, and Lorie B. for taking care of there customer, ME!!!! I can not say enough good things about them.
I will be calling them again.
