You built your own setup, so you want a camera that's just as flexible. Add an extra wide backup view to your aftermarket display and see what's really behind you. Plus, it's ready for total darkness with built-in night vision.
This backup camera is designed to work with almost any aftermarket display that has a composite video (RCA) input. The included cables give you plenty of length to run from your license plate or a flat surface on your vehicle to your dash. You can mount the camera behind your license plate for a clean, factory look, or use the surface-mount bracket for more flexibility. Just connect the video cable to your compatible display and hook up power to complete the installation.

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this brand motion Universal dual mount camera with infrared light. Now this low cost aftermarket CMD three camera is going to be ideal if you're looking to save some money and need a reliable camera. This can be installed behind the license plate or on a flat vehicle surface with minimal surface error requirements. This is going to allow installation on a wide range of vehicles. You know, your cars, your trucks, your SUVs, your RV.
So this will be ideal if you're unsure about compatibility or you want installation flexibility. The camera will give you parking grid lines and also image mirroring is available. This will obviously give you a color image with automatic white balance rather, the camera's in a a waterproof case. And as you can see here, this is equipped with infrared LEDs allowing for the camera to capture clear video in total darkness. So that's gonna enhance the safety.
When reversing in low light or nighttime conditions, the camera's going to give you a super wide 170 degree viewing angle, so that's gonna help eliminate blind spots. It's gonna be great for spotting pedestrians curves and obstacles that mirrors might miss. So this should be compatible with most aftermarket and factory display screens. The video output is going to be RCA, does include this hardware as well. The length of the harness is about 22 feet long, and I think it should be a pretty simple installation.
And this includes everything that you see here. Again, you don't actually get the display. You will have to have a compatible display. Well, I think that's gonna wrap up our quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you.
Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
