Hello, neighbors and friends, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking together at our SeaSucker basic cleat in white color. So folks, again, a basic durable cleat. It's gonna let you attach your rope or fender line to the boat without drilling into the side or top or wherever you wanna drill in the boat. This guy simply mounts with this 4 1/2 inch wide pump activated vacuum cup. (cover lightly tapping) You get a nice heavy duty plastic case or cover that covers that seal when you're not using it.
Everything here is gonna have a nice high density plastic material. It's not gonna break or crack or fade over time. To use it, you simply put a little pressure down, not much, maybe just your hand on top and simply pump up the pump here until you see no more orange on that indicator. Once there's no orange, you know it's been successfully mounted. It's rated at a whopping 120 pounds of pressure.
So it's not gonna be easily coming off on you. But it is time to take it off. You simply have these two tabs here and here. Push on one, maybe push it in and pull up a little bit, and then I'll take it right off. So, very simple design, very easy to use.
I do recommend you get some lubrication. Waterproof lubrication gel sold separately. I'll put that on the screen. That simply keeps the plunger nice and loose and free of debris and working correctly. It only weighs about a pound and a half, and again, it's rated at 120 pounds of pull force.
Also, again, make sure you're putting that cap back on when you're not using it. That keeps that surface nice and clean, and it's not gonna get notched up to where air would get in and make it harder to vacuum out the air. Well, folks, again, I'm Steven. This is the SeaSucker basic cleat. Limited lifetime warranty made here in America. Thanks for watching, stay safe on the water.
