Seems great, should have come with hitch pin

It doesn't go all the way into the Volvo xc 60 2020 recharge hitch so the pin can't fit in the hole.

Hitch pin hole was too far up the shaft and couldn't lock into the receiver. Had to return.

This adapter allows us to use a bike rack we have across all our cars. It is perfect for light duty applications, easy to use and it can be stored in the trunk until you need it. I would definitely recommend it.

The Curt C45785 1.25 inch to 2 inch hitch adapter seems well-constructed, but does NOT fit the current SPA Volvo OEM 1.25 inch automatic retractable hitch receptacle (mine is on a 2020 V60 Cross country). The lock pin hole doesn't go back far enough to accommodate the pin -- see photo.

It does what its supposed to do. I have a 2024 F350 and the sleeve sticks out an inch or so past the end of the receiver because of how the holes line up. I don't think that affects the functionality but would be great if it was flush.

I ordered this adapter from e-Trailer so I could extend my bike rack past my spare tire on my 2005 Honda CRV. This solved my problem and this thing is well made to take the weight. I'm glad I purchased from e-trailer because I know now that they sell quality products as I have also purchased a new receiver, ball mount and 2' ball to pull my trailer.
