Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier - Trunk Mount
This is definitely more of a 2 bike carrier vs 3 bikes. I had to take the front wheels off two bikes to get three bikes on this carrier. Also, it rubbed the paint off on the trunk of my Subaru legacy.
Way too light duty for what is advertised. It seemed to be made out of 1/2 inch electrical conduit. I would never put three bikes on that rack. I only had two bikes on the rack. While on trip through Idaho the wind was so strong that one of the bikes partially blew off the rack. We traveled 1,800 miles and upon arriving home I actually sawed the bike rack up and threw it away so that no one else would use it and cause an accident. I've already found a different brand that is HEAVY DUTY and I will stick with that brand.

Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Hanging Style
great! works really well, and a lot easier to attach than I anticipated. We drove with bikes across the country from south west all the way to North east. solid rack!
The Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rake for 2 bikes is a good product. I used it to transport my mountain e-bike. I choose this particular unit because it can handle the weight 2 of bikes (non-e-bikes) and the weight of my e-bike is equivalent to weight of 2 bikes. Note: Must readjust the straps after mounting the bike to the rake.

Thule Apex XT Bike Rack for 5 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
Great quality materials as usual from Thule. However, it is difficult to get 5 bicycles close together enough to fit on the rack. If you don’t mind contact between your bikes then you can make it work. Very tight squeeze though.
Very nice bike rack. I had previously used the Lets Go Aero BikeWing T4 but needed room for a 5th bike. This rack is much easier to install on the car, and easier to load. Getting 5 bikes to fit is still a big puzzle, but possible. It's been sturdy on long drives, and I've really appreciated the tightening mechanism on the hitch and the built-in lock.

Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
As someone with extensive manufacturing experience, I can say this is a sturdy and robust product that will work well for anyone who can follow directions and mount bikes correctly on it. Having said that, there are a few items people should be aware of that can cause users some issues. The included “ramp” is not tall enough to work with a standard size pick up’s trailer hitch. I have a dodge ram 1500 series and the rack sits way too high when mounted on the truck hitch for the ramp to even touch the ground. If you plan on using a standard size pick up or a suburban or Denali type vehicle and are planning on using with heavier bikes or ebikes, buy the longer ramp made by Thule to help with getting your bikes on the rack. It costs about $[XX] and won’t nest inside the rack like the shorter one. But if you have heavier bikes or have issues lifting your bike, it’s a must have. In my opinion, Thule should have designed it with the longer ramp to start with to accommodate standard size trucks and SUV’s but it is what it is. The mounting struts take a bit of getting used to in order to configure properly to fit your bikes. Make sure you aligned your pedals and frame so that the bike nearest the back of the vehicle doesn’t rub against the frame of the rack before locking the bike into place. Once you find the proper pedal alignment for your particular bike, everything clamps down nicely and is very sturdy. Overall, aside from the ramp issue adding another $[XX] to the cost of the rack, I’m pleased and it should last for years. The locks are a nice feature as well. Protects your rack and your bikes from theft.
We have 2 electric bikes, one of which weighs 66 lbs. so I was looking for a rack with ramps. This also has wheels to transport the rack from garage to car without having to carry it. Let me tell you, the wheels made this rack worth every penny.Lot of racks have ramps, this is the only one I found with wheels and they are a game changer. Once the wedge is tightened into the hitch there is no play/wobble at all.

Thule Apex Swing XT Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Swing Away
I've been using the Thule Apex XT Swing with my 2018 Toyota 4Runner, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The setup was incredibly easy, and the swing-out feature is a total game-changer. Unlike traditional hitch racks that require unloading bikes to access the trunk, this rack swings out effortlessly, allowing me to pop the hatch anytime—even when fully loaded. The swing arm mechanism feels solid and secure, even when loaded with four bikes on gravel or dirt roads. There's no excessive movement or wobbling, and the anti-sway cradles do a great job of keeping the bikes stable.
This rack is working great. I love the swing away arm. Makes very easy to get luggage in and out or more often the dogs in and out the back of my SUV when on the road.
