Most Popular B and W for GMC Sierra 2500

About a year ago, I bought a new to me truck that needed a 2.5" hitch. I love this 3 in 1 setup. I really like that it stows and I can always have it back there. I haven't used the 1 7/8" yet, but there are plenty of old trailers out there that would need it at some point. I have used the 2" & 2 5/16" plenty. It's sturdy, looks good, and is super convenient, what's not to like about it.

Why did I wait so long to buy this awesome hitch! (I guess because i had my doubts, given the cost). This has been so useful as I have 4 bumper pull trailers with 3 sizes of balls. I dont move them all the time, but when i do use them, i often find myself using more than one in a day. I told my neighbor about my experience and he bought one for each of his trucks. It is SO easy to change the size...like 10-15 seconds

Went with the B&W due to the length of the shaft going into the receiver. My 2024 Ram's receiver is recessed under the bumper. This hitch is long enough to accept my Towtector product. Similar to Rock Tamers. Also, Brittany in customer service was awesome to work with as she guided me towards the product that worked for my application.

This ball mount is extremely heavy duty. I had a stock class IV hitch and aftermarket ball mount on my Ram 3500 SRW and it was bending towing a 14000 lb dump trailer. I upgraded to a class V hitch and this mount and it's working great. I have 6 trailers that I pull with gooseneck, 5th wheel and ball hitches. The only 1 that uses 1 7/8" ball is a little 5x8 utility trailer that I'm converting to 2" so I got the 2 ball instead of the 3. When turned sideways it works as a step to get into the truck but only if the tailgate is up. It doesn't stick out far enough when the tailgate is open. The reason for 1 less star is the documentation; you need more information to make the best choice. I originally ordered a different PN and it hung way too low bc is mounted under the existing hitch. To remove the stock hitch, you also remove the integrated mounting brackets for the bumper. I ordered a PN for a truck without a hitch and cut off the receiver tube with a torch. Also, I upgraded the 3 1/2" exhaust to 4" and now at idle the exhaust rattles on the much larger frame of the class V but a slight modification in planned to take care of that. Installation was fairly straighforward once I removed the original receiver tube.

Great product. Extremely well built and looks great. Very easy to put into stow mode and move it back to the positions you want to tow from. The rated capacity of it is great it’ll do everything your truck will do in a bumper pull mode. It is a must for a 19 F-250 with the ride height to get your load level and to make the connection a easier process.

Great quality drop hitch, works great with my multipro tailgate! Quality product/tight tolerances, there is hardly any rattling which is amazing. Towed an 18 ft cargo trailer 500+ miles through the VA mountains with no issues. Worth every penny so far!

Very nice ball mount, heavy duty, purchased for use on my new GMC 3500 Denali, with the balls stowed behind the mount no issue using the multi pro tailgate. I purchased a XL Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2-1/2" Hitches - 3-1/2" Span ITEM # SHP2040-XL for use with this, I really like that too as it stops any rattles and also locks the ball mount to the truck. I also purchased a B&W draw bar mount for use with a clevis trailer, this fits very nice and stores with the balls on the back side of the mount. Highly recommend this set up. It's great having the hitch always attached to the truck. It's just there when you want it, stowed and out of the way when you don't. I wish they had a one-ball version as I haven't needed both, yet.

The 5” B&W has worked great for me. This year I’ve towed an 18 foot speed boat, a 21 foot family boat, and a travel trailer. Used 3 different heights on hitch to accommodate each trailer, including the larger ball for the travel trailer. When all done, I use the stow feature too. No more hitting shins on the hitch! Quality unit, very happy with its versatility and solid craftsmanship.

Great heavy dury hitch for towing. Less noise than other hitches and does a great job pulling my boat. Love the easy adjusting to height based on terrain where you may need to change this. Worth every dollar and likely a hitch for life.

Love these hitches. This is my second one. Honestly, it will save you money. One month a few years ago, I spent $300 on hitches because I would forget or did not have the right height, ball, etc. finally bought a b/w and never had a problem again. I bought this one because I got a new truck with 2" receiver. Great quality, simple, reliable.

The chrome trailer hitch I ordered initially seemed promising, but Even with diligent care, including not leaving it on when not in use and avoiding exposure to winter weather, the chrome trailer hitch still succumbed to rust. This unexpected deterioration highlights a significant flaw in its durability, leaving me disappointed in its overall performance.

I recently purchased a B&W a 7" Drop, Trip Ball Hitch from the factory. I ordered a 3" Reese instead of a 2 1/2" that I needed. Noah and Tammi in Customer Service jumped right on the issue and got me the correct hitch and a quick return/credit for the other one. Couldn't be more happy with the company and the hitch. This hitch is easy to adjust to fit different trailer heights so I can keep them pulling level without having to buy different drop hitches. It holds up great under heavy loads I pull a tractor and a 3 axel trailer with no worries of a hitch failure. Thanks B&W for making a great hitch

seems to be well built, haven't used it yet. Thought I would be pulling a pontoon trailer, but it fell through and have never used the tow and stow ball mount.

Using this hitch on my Expedition and LandCruiser. A standard hitch caused my 12 ft utility trailer to not ride level when towed behind either truck. Since my trucks have different ride heights, the B&W hitch allows me to get the perfect drop for each truck. Trailer responds much better to road issues level as opposed to angled behind the truck. Additionally, its rating exceeds both of the trucks’ towing capabilities, so I have the hitch I need for the future as I have plans for a heavier trailer down the road. Quality and fitment of the hitch is excellent.

Love being able to have access to both 2" & 2-5/16" balls without having to haul around 2 hitche's and then the height may not be right. When I'm not using I can leave it or stow it with very little effort.
