Best 2021 Ram 2500 Gooseneck Hitches

Not a bad install at all. Pretty straight forward.

This was my first order I placed with et etrailer. If one work could say it I guess it would perfect! I ordered on a Tuesday arrived on Thursday. I Placed the order got conformation and a name and contact to call if I had any issues, once it arrived I got another email letting me know if had been delivered. The installation video was perfect made it’s easy to install just followed the steps. When I need any trailer related items I will use them. As far as the B&W hitch i put it in a 2017 Ram 2500 with Ram boxes. The fit and quality of the hitch and design is what I have come to expect from B&W. I got this hitch to pull a gooseneck horse trailer. If your wondering if it will work with Ram Boxes it will.

Hitch is well built!!!!Was easy to install. The video they provide is spot on! Very satisfied all the way around! Would definitely buy again. I used a clamp to drill the pilot hole. Everything lines right up. B&W is a great product. Installed this in a 2021 Ram 2500!

Quality hitch. Everything went together like it was supposed to. Installation took longer than I expected but if I had to do it again it would go a little faster

Ordered on a Friday, received on Saturday the next day. Haven’t installed yet but I’m sure it will go smoothly and do just what it is designed to do.

Good hitch easy install just had to loosen the bed bolts to fish the nut plates above the frame other than that pretty straight forward

I haven’t pulled with it yet, but installation went well and it it a strong and well made item.

I was going to get the cheaper, Chy Neese made gooseneck ball kit for my 2021 Ram 2500 6.7 diesel, but two things sent me to the B&W- it's made in America and the ball sits a little higher than it's counterpart. I paid more, but I'm more than pleased with the quality I received! I haven't towed with it yet, but I don't anticipate any problems. Shipping was incredibly fast and it was packaged nicely. The fit and finish are superb. If I had one complaint, it would be with the B&W rubber cap that fits in the receiver socket when tye ball is removed... it fits perfectly and looks nice,, but leaves a lot of space around the hole in the bed that the factory plastic puck fills. This is just an esthetic observation on my part! The blow-mold case is very nice- compact and sturdy. My experience was above average with etrailer and they earned a customer for life. I will recommend B&W products and etrailer to my friends and family!!!

I purchased and installed the hitch myself for my Dodge 2500 Mega cab. Carefully measured and marked the hole locations in my bed, just as the directions indicated. Just like that and a short time later I was finished. I like the turnover design and easy-to-follow instructions.

Called customer service, actually spoke with a real person, Karen, and she verified the B&W hitch kit I needed. She gave email updates on my order. It arrived fast and in good condition. Installed B&W gooseneck hitch, holes did not line up as B&W states. I had to drill holes in the frame myself to continue installation. All else went well. Etrailer/Karen 5 stars and B/W 4 stars.

The order came and was missing a piece. They took care of the issue right away. Excellent people to work with!

this installed correctly on my 2005 dodge ram 2500 diesel per instructions for installation with air bags. I have hauled a 42 foot 3 axle car trailer for over 6,000 miles with no issues. This was a great purchase. Thank you

Missing hardware took 2 weeks to get new hardware and it was the wrong hardware so I had to go spend extra money and aggravation to buy my own hardware that should have came in the kit

Very pleased with this product if you make the time to drill your holes right on your rails then this assembly comes on and off very easily to utilize your truck bed. We have many miles on this hitch with our 36 foot living quarters horse trailer

Just received my gooseneck plate today. Shipment was on time, and complete. It is extremely cold in michigan today, but went ahead and dropped it in my already mounted rails. It fit real nice. I'll put it to work next week.

Install went well. Was shipped the wrong plates with the nuts in them but customer service reacted quickly and got me what the ones I needed.

The local Ford dealer wants $375 for a gooseneck hitch kit that's nowhere near as nice as the B&W one. This is my fourth B&W product and this latest hitch kit doesn't disappoint. I have 2", 2-1/2" and 3" Tow & Stow hitches from B&W, and this is typical made in the USA B&W quality, and the hard case is a nice touch.

The ordering process was easy and the shipment came quicker than expected. Both products (B&W Ball/Safety Chain kit & set of chains) look to be as advertised so I'm happy with the overall purchase. These will be used to tow a 15k fifth wheel RV.

Ordered this after deciding to go with it over a B&W kit due to me not using it a whole lot and the price difference. When I received the package 1/2 the hardware was missing because the inner box it was in was all broke apart and the outer box was not sealed up. So I would have to give the packaging and shipping one star because I had to go spend an extra $75 on grade 8 hardware. The paper directions were not totally clear on several thing so we resorted to the video which helped a lot. The two large carriage bolts that go in the rear cross member are a little deceiving because the video makes it seem like they slip right in. However, the heads were larger than the pass through in the frame rails so it took quite a bit of extra time and ingenuity to get those fished through there with the plates.(The carriage bolts survived shipping so they were what came with the kit). In the video it showed where he cut a large u out of the inner fender to clear the pull handle and notched the bed that looked kind of sloppy. With a few extra measurements you can just cut a hole in both for handle to slide through and give it a much cleaner look. Definitely recommend putting a bolt through receiver holes and using a strap to hold up center plate through hole in bed after you get it into place. Makes life a lot easier until you get the bolt ls in. Overall this hitch works and functions great. Install went pretty smooth with two people and I would recommend it to anyone needing a hitch.

Great product w great instructions. It was an affordable package that installed decently. We have used the hitch for a year now and have had zero issues w it. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was because the cross bars that go between the frame rails needed to have the threaded holes chased w a tap to remove the powder coating prior to installation. I initially tried installing it without chasing the threads and the bolts started to get very tight before the parts even pulled together. Once the threads were clean, everything assembled very well. The hitch takes time to install, at least if you want it to look good and be correct. On a 1500 ram, you will probably need to install some form of helper spring or air bags to prevent the rear from squatting from the weight of the gooseneck trailer…the factory 1500 coil springs are not firm enough on their own.

under bed gooseneck mount 2017 RAM 3500 reg cab diesel 2WD I installed it myself sitting on the ground with the spare tire out. a bit challenging for one small guy . But got-er done. Only residual problem, it ever so slighty touches the exhaust pipe when starting the engine. Hauled my 26' 10000 lb trailer to Michigan and back. Like it much better than the "universal" mount in my 96 Ram 2500 CTD.
