Parts were as described and delivered as promised. The installation video was very helpful as I installed the Bushing Kit myself. The bushing were the proper size and installed with little issues.

After disappointing schedule for ship delivery date and call to etrailer they made it right and got it picked wrapped and shipped Received it today and got it installed Ready to roll Saturday morning for trip to lake Everything fit well and about hour and half installation time!

Make sure you call roadmaster to confirm the correct part number to make sure you get the proper installation kit for the reflex steering stabilizer. I found out there are numerous hardware kits for the different applications. If I would have ordered the one I thought I needed it would have been wrong.

Want to thank Jaime and all of etrailer for there quick response and shipping. On the way from Illinois to Disney World at our last overnight someone pulled a pin on my Roadmaster tow unit and as we were entering the highway half the unit came unhooked and bent the crossbar. Wife had to drive 5 hour by herself but now with etrailers help I have the new crossbar that was shipped to Fort Wilderness and we are set to continue on our way for the rest of our trip.

This quick disconnect crossbar is an excellent addition to our flat tow set up. Certainly the best option for a crossbar setup with twist lock baseplates. Hard to beat eTrailer for customer service.

To be honest, this was simply an easy fix. My motorhome hitch is 20" from the ground, the hookups for my Maverick are 13". My Roadmaster hitch says to be within 3". This 4" drop took the motorhome to 16" and the drawbar is now within the 3" for recommended maximum angle.

Seems sturdy and well made with a good finish. What more is there to say? I'm only using it for a bike rack, but would have no hesitation to use it for more robust duties.

Very, very good quality product. It works perfectly for towing my Jeep Wrangler with a good room of towing capacity for extra safety. I also purchased the Towmaster locks to go with this and they are of super good quality too. Just push on the locks and you're good to go.

Need to include extra butt ends connectors in the package, destroyed both of them trying to install the 1st time & had to make a run to Lowes. The video on how to install it was a great help; but VERY misleading...the video made it look easy, it wasn't! But got it done.

Jaime, you did one hell of a job helping me with my Roadmaster tow bar wiring issue. I did receive the power cable today. Expedited shipping was a great help. It was packaged nicely and I have already installed the cable. You people at Etrailer.com are fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Perfect fit and exactly as the original base pins. This was a great option for replacing my worn pins with 20K miles on them. As always trailer is my go to.

Items we needed for tow bars on motorhome and glad to find them on etrailer!

These are good quality locks and I would buy them again. I’ve been using them for a year. The quality is still like new. 4 stars because the shaft needs to be slightly longer. When we attach them we have to tilt them in order for the pin to latch. We discovered this the first time we used them. We thought we had closed them tight, but didn’t. Fortunately, we only drove about a mile to a gas station, where I walked around checking everything and noticed one was off-center.

Unfortunately I only needed the sway bar bushings as I had already replaced links. I now have spares. Good job on delivery. Thanks again

Great delivery and customer service! Used on my 2008 Monaco built Safari Simba, I needed 4 more of the smaller bushings on my 1-3/8" factory front sway bar. Didn't use medium sized bushings or fasteners.

Placed an order an order an order right at tbe cut off for same day shipping, Explained my travel situation to Kim and that I needed the part ASAP, she said she would do her best to see it through, and we are very thankful she did, got the bushing kit installed and back on the road in 2 days. Polyurethane bushings look like a real nice upgrade over the factory rubber. Time will tell, the quality is good and everything fit as it should. The saddle bracket bolt had broke and bent the saddle braket on my F53 chassis, so my sway bar was floating and I was flat towing a truck, so I couldn't continue on as is. Thank you Kim for outstanding customer service.

It's funny I'm writing a review for one of your employees Sherry S. today. I spent most of today dealing with two different phone service companies regarding my cell phone service and have had nothing but a complete nightmare dealing with these two companies' customer service departments. It's been a complete joke and a waste of a lot of my time today. It's not possible in today's world to find anyone in customer service willing to help the customer anymore without speaking a foreign language or spelling out exactly what you need. On the other hand, my experience of placing an order through your company's website and getting exceptional help from Sherry S. in your service department has changed my outlook. There is hope and Sherry proved it to me. She went out of her way to find a solution to what I needed, then she understood my concerns and most of all she "Listened to Me". Wow! Whatever you're paying this Lady I suggest you give her a raise and don't let her go! She showed me the most impressive customer service I've experienced in 20 years and that's the truth! Installation was straight forward and took about a hour and a half. You must use an impact wrench to break loose the nuts on the axle but that was the most difficult part of the installation. Alignment did require several attempts to get it right. Have put a few hundred miles on it now and very pleased with the results. Installed a rear sway bar and Koni shocks prior and this was the last piece needed on our 2018 36 foot Bounder.

Works great. Easy to install. I still have questions about what is too tight and too loose but I'm going to call Roadmaster tomorrow.

Solid Product. Well made, easy to install. Lots of ways to adjust. Hoping this helps protect our Jeep. Watch the installation video first. It has a few steps and tips that are not written in the printed instructions.
