The rack arrived very quickly. Upon opening the box I observed that the covers for the suction pads had come loose during shipping. Probably not an issue. The instructions for assembly and mounting were clear and easy to follow. I planned to secure the cups to the glass roof on my VW. So, I thought it would be best to clean the glass and roof with auto detailing spray. After doing that I attached the carrier and gave it a prett y good shake. I have attached three photographs that may add clarity. I'm very optimistic. This may be the best carrier I've had for my bicycle. Keep Eager.

I received delivery and setup. I seem to be able to connect my road bike wheel with quick release - but not my road disc bike with thru-axle. Do I need an accessory for thru axle bike?

Of all the Thule products I have purchased over the last 25 years, this is the worst and has been returned under warranty at my expense after not holding the bike on the roof and damaged the vehicle. Engagement onto front wheel is not secure. Thule should eol this product asap.

We now have 4 of these bike racks and love them. etrailer did an awesome job processing our order quickly and when 2 of them arrived with missing end caps, they quickly rectified the situation and sent the replacement parts quickly so we were able to make our trip as scheduled. I just bought a new car that's a sedan. I didn't want to install a hitch and use the bike rack I had so I started searching for roof racks. I came across this set up from Sea Sucker and started researching. I found some really good reviews and very little negative. I actually thought about this for a year or so before settling. This rack is as advertised that once it is mounted, it's not coming off! It will take a couple times installing to figure to understand balancing the bike and lining the forks up but then it will get easier. Make sure you understand the size thru axle adaptor you might need. It is explained easily for reference to your bike. I also like not having a "permanent" rack on top. Customer service was above and beyond as always with updates and follow up. First class operation! On suggestion, I got the cable and trunk mount anchor for security. Like anything else, if you follow directions and take care of this rack, I see it lasting several years.

I was skeptical about using this on my Model 3, but it works really well. Both bikes attached firmly and did not budge the entire 2 -1/2 hr ride. Even drove through some rain and the seasucker was unaffected. There was some noise generated from the handle that is designed into the main component when driving. However, I just put some gaff tape over it and the noise disappeared. Highly recommend.

l Low profile, holds the bikes in place and very easy to put the bikes on the rack. Also, very east install.

Pretty straight forward when assembling, very sturdy item. A little on the heavy side but you know its got quality behind it.

Good product. However, the one I ordered was supposed to fit the aero cross bars on 2018 Subaru roof racks and it doesn't. In fact the fit is very sloppy and looks unsafe. Sending mine back if they can't find a clamp that fullly contacts all surfaces.

Fits my whispbar crossbars (a lot cheaper than the whispbar-specific rack) and is pretty simple and straightforward to use. I've owned a couple of other universal sort of racks (fit lots of bikes, fit lots of crossbars) and this one is a good one both in terms of simple initial installation on your vehicle and also simple loading/unloading of bike.

Great product. Worked as advertised . Used to be able to take 4 wheeler and bike. etrailer did a great job helping me find an item that would work for my application 10 out of 10 on etrailer. Thanks Vanessa

This rack is great. I've traveled about 2,500 miles with the bike loaded up and it has been rock solid. Well designed. I bring a little folding step ladder with me that I use to load/unload the bike. When I'm not using the rack, it lays down nicely and you never even know it's up there. Highly recommended product.
