Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs - 1-1/2" Front, 7/8" Rear
Excellent, had everything I needed and more for my trailer. Everything fit well!
I ordered replacement leaf springs for my trailer using the instructions provided by etrailer. The correct items were shipped and they fit perfectly! The mounting hardware was exactly what was needed. No extra parts were needed as in run to the local hardware store! The springs went in with no problems. I would absolutely buy from etrailer again as their customer service was excellent as was the products.

CE Smith U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 5.2K to 7K, Round Trailer Axles - 7" Long U-Bolts - Zinc
First, trailer is a first rate company. I had a damaged box which resulted in some missing bolts and lock washers. etrailer quickly got replacements parts out. Both shipments were rapidly shipped and the U-bolt kit was top notch. Great customer service!
The product themselves are quality however, the customer service and shipping is what was dissapointing. I originally ordered 4 items. I was told only one item was on backorder. Not a big deal. I checked a week later on the backorder and was told that they did not know when an item would come from the namufactuere. However, it was a different item from the first. So two items were not available and turned out to not be available. It was a lack of communication and I had to figure this out by calling after waiting a week and several misguided emails. Next was the packaging. It was all broken up and taped when I got it. Whoever packaged these items threw 4 heavy leaf springs and 2 sets of U-bolts into a box without securing them. They arrived but the two U-bolt packedges were previouly opened and sealed with masking tape and i'm missing all the nuts and lock washers from one package. The box could have come open during shipment but they were not secured inside the box at all, which led to the catstrophy inside the box. Due to all this, I will probably not order again from this site.

Nylon Bushing - 9/16" Inner Diameter, 11/16" Outer Diameter - 1-3/4" Long
Excellent service and quick delivery and great price, all looks good, thanks for helping me out with these items that I can't find around my area anymore,AES
Bushings quiet the trailer for a short period of time. Bushings wear out and squeaks return quicker than I expected.

Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double Eye Springs - 3-1/4" Tall Front/Center/Rear
The brackets in the kit were not square. Luckily we bought an extra set of brackets which were square.
Product and service are excellent. You should consider using better shipping containers or using a different shipper. My box showed up with a hole in the bottom and the tape ripped almost gave way. By reading other comments this is not the first time.

Bronze Bushing - 9/16" Inner Diameter, 11/16" Outer Diameter - 1-3/4" Long - Qty 1
Easy to install. Saw in one of etrailers videos that this bronze bushing should replace the nylon bushing in the leaf springs we got. The nylon ones pounded out okay and these bronze bushings were a nice, tight fit back in.
Purchased a Dexter leaf spring. Thought it came with bronze bushings, they were nylon. No biggie, they were in stock and arrived 2 days later. Perfect fit. Thanks guys!

Leaf Spring Center Tie Bolt with Nut, 3/8" x 4"
Just what I was looking for to add another 1 or 2 leaf spring to the springs on the truck. Great service, fast shipping. great company to do business with.
You have a great inventory of parts. I was surprised that you had what I needed.

Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs - 3-1/4" Front, 7/8" Rear
Perfect component for my 2000# undercarriage project. Very sturdy and fit as advertised.
My 6' x 10' landscape trailer was a homemade by a prior owner. While it was mostly constructed very well, the spring hangers were not correct. The spacing for the springs was also wrong, and it had very little fender clearance. There was also evidence that the spring U-bolts had contacted the frame on occasion. (I do not carry loads anywhere near the 3500# axle rating.) I added an extra set of holes on the front hangers in case the ride height proved to be too much, but I like the way it sits with the stock holes. I don't think I'll be utilizing the extra holes. This kit was just the ticket to increase the suspension travel and fender clearance on my landscape trailer. Now it "sits right"!

Rear Hanger for 2" Wide Slipper Springs - 5-1/4" Tall - 5/16" Bolt Hole
Works like their supposed too. I've built several trailers and all were built with etrailer parts, good quality, good service and great prices.
Very good quality. I was really surprised at the high quality material and welds for the price I paid.

Replacement Shackle Strap - 2-5/8" Long
Excellent replacement component. Worked well to replace the 5 year old worn shackle from our enclosed trailer
I was very disappointed when I received the shipment from etrailer and only half the parts were there. When I made the order I was told everything was in stock and would be shipped.

Spring Keeper Bolt with Locknut for Slipper Springs - 3-1/4" Long

Excellent, perfect fit. Easier than making a trip to the hardware store trying to match the bolts.

Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shocks - Tandem 8K, 3-1/2" Axles
Great product! Excellent installation instructions (for the DIYer inclined to step up!). Excellent support... I ordered the wrong kit (my axle size was different) but customer service worked with me to correct it. I installed the shocks incorrectly but the service team quickly pointed out that I misread the instructions. I have a 12,000 pound, 38' trailer with a lift on the back for my 900 pound motorcycle. I've put around 7500 miles on it including a couple times across the Rockies and absolutely love the handling. Self installation is not for the feint of heart but it saved me around $10k labor not having a dealer install it.
Less bouncing, furniture doesn't move around when traveling on rough roads, better stability.

Dexter Heavy-Duty Suspension Kit for Tandem-Axle Trailers - 1-3/4" Wide Double Eye Springs
I installed these on a tandem boat trailer. No modifications needed. I am hauling a heavy fiberglass 22' boat and I like these heavy shackles. The old shackles had wore completely through. Because these bolts are locked to the shackles the pivot is on the bolt were it is designed to be spread out to the lubricated surface. This is better and stronger than the original. It is greaseable too.
Good quality kit, no missing pieces. My stock shackles were 1/4” thick with stamped holes so essentially 1/8” of bearing surface on the bushings. They wore out twice at about eight months each time. This kit has 1/2” thick shackles with machined holes so four times the bearing surface for the metal bushings instead of plastic. No issues so far and trailer feels steadier. I would reorder this kit when the time comes.

SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs w/ Line Relocation Bracket - Single Axle - 3K to 5K - Overslung
I installed the TSS-107-40 on a 32ft. 7500lb. travel trailer about a year ago. I also installed front axle Sumo springs SSF-302-47 and rear axle Sumo Springs SSR-312-54 on my 2022 Ram 2500. This is a review for all 3. I Have been on 7 camping trips since the Sumo springs were installed on my trailer. There's a noticeable difference on good roads. Smooths out the ride and less body roll when trucks pass me so it helps with sway. But I just took a trip down I95 through SC and the road was terrible. I mean SCDOT should be ashamed. Especially any bridges - even small ones over creeks - the dips and ramps before and after the bridges were terrible. You felt like you were being launched off of a ramp. This is where these things really did their job. They kept the contents of the trailer from being tossed and kept the trailer tracking well and immediately dampened bounce and porpoising. I also installed front axle Sumo springs SSF-302-47 and rear axle Sumo Springs SSR-312-54 on my 2022 Ram 2500 and again - noticeable difference immediately in the smoothness of the ride while towing. I bought the heavier weight springs and was worried about the stiffness of the ride with no trailer - and there is stiffness - but man am I glad I had them on the Interstate going through SC. Before I got them I could feel my suspension bottom out front and rear in certain situations. Now - not a problem. You'll have to be ok with a stiffer ride when not pulling a trailer - but you'll be happy you have them during stressful highway driving. I keep a lot of weight on my truck even without a trailer - bed cap, bed slide, tools and other items so that helps with the stiffness when not towing. I also installed the spacer on the truck rear Sumo Springs so they are engaged all the time. Not installing the spacers may help with the stiffness. I may take my spacers out. Easy installation for the most part. I did it with 2 jacks and a jack stand. The trailer Sumo Springs were even easier than the truck springs. Just be aware that these springs - IMO - are not to improve the comfort of your truck ride in general but more to improve the performance of your truck while under significant load. Having said that, they did help a lot with body roll while cornering with no trailer which was kind of a nice bonus. The rear springs also helped with squatting under the hitch weight of the trailer. You may also notice on the trailer spring picture that the gas line had to be re-routed a bit - there's a kit that comes with the springs that makes that very easy - you're able to use the existing holes.
Easy Installation. I'm expecting them to act as shock-absorbers, and I haven't experienced any adverse handling issues, so I guess they're working. I haven't noticed any difference in handling, so I guess that's OK. I hoped for additional capacity, too, and that's hard to measure. Sorry this isn't more definitive, but I'm satisfied that they are helping.

Torflex Lift Kit - Tandem Axle - 2-5/8" Lift
This trailer sees some use off pavement. The added ground clearance provided by the kit is very helpful. The lifting blocks are well constructed and the hardware is high quality. Installation was straightforward, but great care must be taken when lifting the trailer off the ground to remove the axles and also to ensure that the new fasteners are tightened properly. Not a job for inexperienced mechanics.
The package arrived quickly as they said it would. I installed it as per the instructions and the job was easy. My Trail Lite Camper trailer has tandem axles so it was easy to just drive one set of axles up on ramps and install the lift kit on the hanging axle with the trailer hooked to the truck with the brakes locked on the truck. Anyhow, this lift kit was easy to install and did the job of raising the rear of the trailer from 14" to 18" after installation. Everything fit perfectly thanks to talking with Alex of etrailer.com and getting the right kit for my Dexter #10 Torflex axles. Attached are some pictures of before the install, during and after the install. I'm very satisfied. FYI the project goes a lot faster if you have an electric or pneumatic impact wrench to remove the old rusted mounting bolts and installing the new bolts.

Dexter Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for 2" Slipper Springs - 38" Axle Spacing
This kit (a dual kit) changed my view of Dexter as a quality-first manufacturer. etrailer simply sells it, they don't make it, so they aren't to blame. This kit is made specifically for mounting Dexter's General Duty 9,000 lb axles in tandem and is different from kits made for 3500 to 8000 lb axles. It provides extra axle tube to frame clearance to accommodate the 4" axle tubes used on their 9k and 10k GD axles. It uses beefy 7/8" equalizer pivot bolts and 5/8" spring eye bolts. So far, so good. Until you pay over $350 for it and receive a suspension kit with absolutely ZERO lubrication provisions! Seriously, Dexter?!! The bolts provided are all just grade 5 hardware store plain jane dry bolts. Not even grade 8. Dexter sells 7/8" greaseable "wet bolts" and even their lighter-duty hanger kits include greaseable wet bolts. But even if I paid etrailer the nearly $XX apiece they want for them (they're half that price elsewhere), there is literally no way of putting a square-shouldered carriage-style bolt, which they are, in the round roles this hanger kit was manufactured with without modification. As for the 5/8" spring eye bolts, only a great deal of internet searching will find any wet bolts the right diameter, and they'll be the wrong length. Those 4 bolts are about $20 each plus shipping. So, by the time I pay a machine shop to square the equalizer bracket holes on and buy all the wet bolts, or have them made, JUST so I can lubricate this expensive hanger kit in hopes of it lasting more than a very short time on a trailer that often grosses 20k, I'm going to have over $500 invested in it, not counting all the extra wasted down-time. This kit was supposed to solve my trailer suspension problems, not create more. FAIL!!
I purchased the 7 leaf sliper spring to replace my old ones. etrailer had all the parts needed to rebuild my trailer. The parts fit perfectly. The people there are very knowledgeable about the trailer parts and what is needed and what will fit when replacing old worn parts. I would stronly recomend etrailer for any of your trailer needs.

SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs w/ Line Relocation Bracket - Single Axle - 5K to 8K - Overslung
Very easy to install plan taking big trip in a few months can’t wait to see how they handle. Update to follow.
Sumo springs work great. I was a little skeptical if they would work since the Dexter 5100 lb axles on my trailer have two ribs going across them, I'm assuming for strength. The sumo spring bracket was just wide enough to sit on top of the rib center point. The bracket could be 1/2" wider, it would help. I tapped the bracket in and torqued it. As you can see it didn't go in all the way but seems to be ok. Took a road trip, highway, gravel and a rough forest road. Checked the torque after the trip and nothing moved. Sumo springs helped with the trailer sway and should take some load off the springs and shackles. I am pleased so far with this product.

Torflex Lift Kit - Tandem Axle - 3-1/8" Lift
Customer service is impeccable and helpful. The length of the lift fit our mount but the wholes for two bolts didn’t line up. Our trailer has a Lippert Axle and we had to drill two holes to fit the bolts properly. I contacted Lippert and they no longer sell the lift kits. Aside from going to a shop and paying over $1k for someone to fabricate a solution for us; this is the route we chose.
Great product. Added height to the trailer to increase the height adjustability of the tongue to prevent hitting the top of the bed rails.

SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs w/ Line Relocation Bracket - Single Axle - 3K to 5K - Underslung
Worked really well, definitely smoothed out the ride. We are finding significantly less chaos with the equipment in the trailer. The only complaint I would have is trying to use the Sumo Spring for very small enclosed trailers. The STEEL MOUNT was too tall, to meet the relaxed position height, so we cut 1" out of the mount and re-welded together, and repainted. But other than the additional modification it worked great.
These SumSpring helper springs are awesome! I needed to figure out a way to add some carrying capacity to my car hauler without having to change the leaf springs and these SumoSprings were the perfect solution.

Torflex Lift Kit - Single Axle - 2-5/8" Lift
Unfortunately the product isn't the problem, it's Etrailer's chosen shipping method and times. Everybody knows not to ship USPS if you want it on time. Well here I am 7 days later and no parts... Great, needed them before I leave in the morning. I guess I just have to go with a lopsided camper since etrailer and USPS can't deliver as promised. Could have had it in 2 days (last Tuesday) had I ordered through Amazon.
The trailer is a Palomino Solaire 147x. Installation was straightforward. The lift in combination with taller wheels and tires accomplished the desired ride height.
What our customers are saying:
"I received this order yesterday. Thanks for the outstanding service. I appreciate it! Thanks, Alex"
