It's Colin, here at etrailer, and today we have a 2019 Subaru Outback wagon. Now, we've been test-fitting some hitch-mounted accessories to it, and right now we have the etrailer.com Tilting and Folding Cargo Carrier installed. Let's go ahead and take a closer look at some of the features and see how it interacts with our Subaru. Now, with this cargo carrier, basically, its purpose is, it's going to be here for you to mount into your hitch receiver, so you can get any excess cargo or luggage outside of your vehicle and get it stowed on the carrier. So you can create more space on the inside for passengers, just more leg or elbow room, or even times where maybe you have a bunch of muddy gear that you want to be able to take home, but you don't want to get out on the floorboard of your Subaru, you can get it onto your cargo carrier, strap it down, and then, when you get home, you could just spray off the cargo carrier rather than having to clean off your carpet floor mats in your Subaru. We are going to have a 500 pound weight capacity on our cargo carrier right here. So, go ahead and take some measurements for storage space .. On the width, inside rail to inside rail, it's going to be about 60 inches.
