Great product .Well made.I purchased the complete trailer package from E trailer.It arrived in under three days.I had it installed in less than two hours and added 12'of flex tubing for a professional result in organizing and protecting the wiring.E-trailers communication was great with info on installation for all parts of the process ,however I didn't need it as it was straight forward and very easy to understand.The Ball mount kit is kept in a bag alongside the Jack and is ready when I need it.Highly recommend.

I received and installed a hitch assembly as well as the tongue and ball kit for my 2014 Ford Flex. I watched the installation videos for the hitch and wiring. I installed the hitch myself without issue in less than 40 minutes. The wiring took a bit longer as finding acceptable wire "runs" in the light assembly is not as clear cut as the video would have you believe. Regardless, easy install, very pleased with the products and will buy from you again if needed. Thanks for the great product and delivery in less than one week.

WOW! What can I say? Easiest install ever! I called ahead of time and spoke with Katie about what I needed. She confirmed what I wanted would work with my van. I'm in the shipping business. The bar arrived in mint condition in a double wall box with the accessories boxed separately. After removing the hardware, reading the instructions and watching their video online, I went to work. The whole thing took less than 20 mins and I did not have to remove the exhaust. I actually used it to help hold the bar up. It took longer to remove the mud guard and rear body molding than to install. It is heavy, weighing in at about 65lbs but I did not even have to use a jack on the van. I'm very happy with my purchase and can now put bikes on the back of the van rather than in the van. I can tow our Cub Scout trailer and hall my sons football teams gear with the optional rear carrying racks. I also love the fact that the bar hides about 6" behind the bumper preventing injuries to the shins. The price was cheap and the install a breeze.

Hello The hitch works great as viewed in the enclosed pictures. If inverted it hits the bumper, of my Dodge 2500. The section that goes into the receiver is about 1/2" too short and hits the bumper. I have not tried it on my other vehicle to see if this is a problem. Kind Regards Leon D

A VERY nice piece that will set your mind at ease. Easy to adjust height. The ONLY thing I wish is there was an option to have different sized ball combinations. I mainly use 2" and NEVER use a 2 5/16"(or whatever the larger size is) and would prefer to have a 1 7/8" on the other side.

The 5” B&W has worked great for me. This year I’ve towed an 18 foot speed boat, a 21 foot family boat, and a travel trailer. Used 3 different heights on hitch to accommodate each trailer, including the larger ball for the travel trailer. When all done, I use the stow feature too. No more hitting shins on the hitch! Quality unit, very happy with its versatility and solid craftsmanship.

Great heavy dury hitch for towing. Less noise than other hitches and does a great job pulling my boat. Love the easy adjusting to height based on terrain where you may need to change this. Worth every dollar and likely a hitch for life.

This is a great very HD hitch. with a 20K tow rating I feel secure hauling heavy loads. The adjustable height allow you to have your trailer level like it is designed to be.

Over all the ball mount kit is great. Getting two size ball mounts is convenient. Only complaint I have is the hairpin cotter pin fits somewhat loose. Not a great design there but the rest is great.

I just received the Kit for towing from my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4xe and am very happy with it. I looked first at ordering the "factory" Mopar kit for it, but it was not in stock anywhere and was more expensive.

Like the product which seems very heavy-duty. The two ball mounts give me options for towing different trailers if I need it.
