Swagman XTC4 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Rack is very sturdy and heavy duty. Instructions were terrible. Locking hitch pin would not thread correctly and ended up damaging it. Thankfully the threads on rack were fine and I was able to use the non-locking threaded pin. Would like a replacement locking pin ASAP
For the price, it's a good-quality, sturdy bike rack. I have used it about 5-7 times with no issues. I only used it for one adult and two kids' bikes, but I am sure it can handle four bikes as advertised. It's great that the rack folds upwards when it's not required.

Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
This is a replacement as old one was damaged during a deer collision.
My previous bike rack was a hitch mounted Yakima. It was sturdy but not well suited for my low Subaru Impreza. It stuck out too far and hung too low so that I had to inch my way down the driveway or over speed bumps for fear of it bottoming out. A roof rack or a rear window mounted rack was not suitable since I wanted to be able to also carry two kayaks. First, I tried to modify my rack by shortening the part that sticks out of the hitch. I tried to saw off about 6 inches so it wouldn't stick out so far but the steel was much too hard. I ended up ruining several metal-cutting blades on my power saw before I gave up. I looked for other rack options. There weren't many out there. But eventually, I found something that met my needs. I purchased the "Swagman Trailhead 3 Bike Fold Down Bicycle Hitch Rack" in 2013 from eTrailer.com. The part that enters the hitch curves up to increase clearance from the ground. It is sturdy and sticks out far enough so I can still open my trunk hatch without having to lower the main vertical bar on the hitch (though I could if I wanted to). It isn't often I am really excited about a piece of gear but this hitch rack has made me worry-free when I transport my bicycle(s) via car. The only thing I don't like is that it is advertised as being a 3 bike carrier but it only fits 2 hybrid bikes. Maybe it will fit 3 skinny racing bikes but for the average rider, don't expect to fit on more than 2. But my experience is that is the case for all bicycle racks.

Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
We ordered the Swagman Chinook 2 platform bike rack to use with our Draw-Tite Max-Frame class III hitch that we installed on our 2019 Chevy Equinox. We are one trip in and loving it! It's very easy to load and unload the bikes. The tilt feature allows us to have full access to the rear hatch with the bikes loaded. The rack folds up easily when not in use. The lock features work great! We have a men's 3G beach cruiser and a women's Townie Electra. We were particularly worried about the rack fitting the women's Electra without using an adapter bar since this is a step-through bike, and it fitting the men's 3G wheels since they measure 3". It works without any issues on both bikes! We do have to put the women's bike on the outside and the men's bike on the inside to get the right fit - not a big deal, but takes a slightly bit more maneuvering. There is some movement, but nothing more than what would be expected. It does sit somewhat low on our vehicle, so use caution when driving on a steeper drive. Overall, we are very pleased with this purchase!
I did a lot of research before I purchased this bike rack. By far this bike rack is the best on the market.. Not only did it arrive earlier then scheduled, it was easy to put together and install. My dad who is 88 put it together in a matter of minutes. Very sturdy and can be used with 1/4 and/or 2 in hitches, plus it tilts so you can get into your back of SUV. And an added bonus is there are two locks - one for the hitch and the other for your bikes. I compete in triathlons and needed a reliable and secure bike rack. This was the ticket!!!

Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Great bike rack. Very easy to put together and use. Easy to get bikes on and off, keeps bikes very secure. The only issue with the rack is the plastic knobs that come with it to tighten and loosen the wheel base holders. These are hard to get tight enough by hand, you are better off just removing the plastic knobs (or not installing them in the first place) and simply using a wrench to tighten or loosen the bolts. Other than this issue, I would highly recommend this bike rack.
Great bike rake! We bought it when we got into biking and have been very pleased with it. Only takes a few minutes to put together out of the box. folds up to stay compact or down to access your back hatch. I was a little worried when we bought it that it would stick out further then out vehicle (Chevy Equinox) but it fits it very well. We moved 1,200 miles with both bikes on this rack and had no issues. We keep our rack on all year long and the only wear it shows is a few surface rust spots on the upright post. I spray down the upright post and the ratcheting components every couple months to keep the components working well and to get rid of the mentioned surface rust.

Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier - Trunk Mount
Easy to assemble (have an assistant double check your work the first time) And easy to use. Very stable on the back of a 2017 Chevy Equinox. I’m quite pleased!
Way too light duty for what is advertised. It seemed to be made out of 1/2 inch electrical conduit. I would never put three bikes on that rack. I only had two bikes on the rack. While on trip through Idaho the wind was so strong that one of the bikes partially blew off the rack. We traveled 1,800 miles and upon arriving home I actually sawed the bike rack up and threw it away so that no one else would use it and cause an accident. I've already found a different brand that is HEAVY DUTY and I will stick with that brand.

Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
This is a great rack. Easy assembly. Easy installation. The bike doesn't move. I drove over three hundred miles with the bike on it the first time I used it. Never moved. The locking hitch bolt means I don't have to worry about someone taking it when I'm not around. The people at etrailer were great about letting me know when it was shipped and following up with me about how everything was when it was received. I will definitely do business with them again.
Best rack on the market as far as I'm concerned. I only got to use it a couple of times before replacing the Chevrolet Equinox with a Smart Car. So it sits in my garage unused

Will the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 1 Bike Fit Your 2017 Chevrolet Equinox?
What's going on, everybody Adam here with etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Kuat transfer on our 2017 Chevrolet Equinox. This is going to be able to go into your two-inch hitch receiver and also 1 1/4. You can use a class one, or higher, which is awesome. So, the nice thing about this is, we're gonna be able to have 60 pounds per bike. Obviously, our carbon fiber frame bike isn't that heavy, but it is going to be good for those too, as it has a wheel hook.
Fit Verified: Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack on a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox
Speaker 1: Today in our 2017 Chevrolet Equinox we're going to be test fitting the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack Part No. Y02634. This is the hatch mount style bike rack. We already have a bike installed so let's take a closer look and show off some of the features.Starting off at the ends of the arms here on one end we are going to have the traditional Yakima bottle opener. However on the other we do have an integrated cable lock so once you we're to put your second bike on here you would take this out, wrap it around and come back to this point and lock it into place therefore adding some security for your bike rack once it's installed. How it attaches the bike to the bike rack we're going to have three points of contact.
Yakima Trunk Bike Racks Review - 2017 Chevrolet Equinox Y02636
Speaker 1: Today in our 2017 Chevrolet Equinox we're going to be test fitting the Yakima HalfBack 2 Bike Rack Part No. Y02636. This is a hatch mount bike rack as you can see. We already have a bike installed on the rack so let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. At the ends we have two bottle openers so once you're done riding the bike you can crack open a cold one. We also have a grip by three points on our rack here, excuse me on our bike here. We're going to have two zip strips up at the top two and then one off the side which is going to serve as an anti-sway cradle to keep the bike from moving too far back and forth and possibly causing bike to bike contact.
What our customers are saying:
"Everyone that bought before me was right! I got my rack in time for my next days off and putting it together was fast too. And I'm a grandma!! Thank you for being fast and honest! You beat anyone in my town hands down!"
