24x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
We just installed our carrier. We love that this is going to free up a lot of space for our vacation traveling. Very heavy duty and bigger than i was thinking it would be.The pin that holds the carrier in the hitch was not included. It would have been an added bonus if it was.
This cargo carrier fits perfectly behind my 2023 CR-V. I use it for hauling bags of grass to the yard waste. It is almost a two person job inserting it into the receiver though. Seems well made and well finished.

GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitch - Slide Out - 34 cu ft - 300 lbs - Dark Gray
We looked all over for a hardshell storage pod, one that would fit 300 pounds of embroidery hardware. This one from Gearspace fit the bill. Super easy checkout with etrailer.com, and they were the only ones to offer free shipping, and since this is a larger, heavier item, that means LTL Freight. Not [online vendor] and not the Mfg. The GearSpace 34 arrived earlier than promised, and it was an easy unload if you have room for a sixty foot tractor trailer. 190 lbs on a pallet, but it will load right into the back of a pickup real easy. Took about 30 minutes to install, and it went like a breeze. Light test, check... signals, check. Ready to roll on our next RV trip, with lots more room for goodies along the way. This item gets an A+, it works as advertised, and etrailer.com was GREAT. They communicate often and update on order status. even sent out an email to get customer feedback and review, along with some pictures. I'm sure after this stellar review they will send me a nice etrailer hat & Koozie Pictures show the Gearspace 34 loaded with about 200 lbs right now. It never moved an inch and is solid on the mounting hitch hardware. You will not be disappointed with this product, it's top of the line for RV rear storage.
After much research for use of storage and security this Gear Space unit has served us exceptionally well. Our Class B RV is now complete!

Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches - With Ramp - 77" Long - 500 lbs
I can't say I'm entirely happy with my purchase. The instructions were more confusing than helpful. Note in "instruction.jpg" photo of STEP 1 that the text says to put the 8 small bolts in from the inside first, but the drawing clearly shows them as going in from the outside. The last step says to place the ramp onto the receiver as shown.... glad I didn't throw away the box because there is no drawing that shows ramp installation. Actually, the photo on the box was more helpful than any of the instructions. Also, I need to make a trip to the hardware store to buy longer medium bolts because the ones that came with the carrier were not long enough to fully engage the self locking feature of the nylon lock nuts. At a minimum a couple of threads should protrude beyond the nylon. See photo "nut.jpg". The bolt threads don't reach the end of the nylon, so the self locking feature is not fully engaged. I did tighten the nut, but that was as far as it would go. I think once I get back from the hardware store with the new medium bolts and after I reverse the 8 small bolts (I followed the drawing and not the text of the instructions), I'll be OK with the carrier.
"Instantly Get Rid of Wobble and Upgrade With Lights" This is not a 5 because ramp should be longer & there should be some type stabilizer to temporary hold bike while strapping down, I'd pay more for those upgrades. The wobble can instantly be solved by hooking Tie-Straps closest to vehicle directly to the receiver where you hook your chains, rather than hooking them to the provided holes on carrier itself. You of course use the provided strap holes ones on the opposite side. When strapped down as stated, the carrier now becomes one with the vehicle & @ 80mph there is no wobble. (*TIP: Put ramp back in its place before strapping down or else it won't fit with the strap hooks in the way.) I upgraded mine with lights for both safety reasons & not needing the Police any reason to pull me over. It was very simple and cost me nothing but time & maybe $50. I recommend this product whole heartedly.

24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Tilting - Folding - 500 lbs
it's suppose to be 2 inch threaded hitch pin with clip, but it was just a regular bolt with no hole for the clip. customer care was called since I bought the E98874 curt cargo carrier 3 weeks ago and was missing the threaded hitch pin. Its suppost to arrive this week but I haven't been able to use the cargo carrier for 3 weeks.

32x48 Reese Solo Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 400 lbs
I received the package in a pretty rough exterior condition but everything was fine inside. The previous comments about having to cut away the expanded metal flooring in order to install the carriage bolts wasn't true in my case. Apparently, this quality control issue has been addressed by the manufacturer. Assembly went well and wasn't complicated. A different carriage bolt with a longer square shoulder should be used. The shoulder doesn't grip too well to the square cutout in the frame and even while pressing firmly on the head of the bolt, it wanted to turn as I was tightening the nut. All in all, it seems to be a solid product and I look forward to using it.
I wish the load capacity was a bit higher, but overall I am satisfied with the cargo carrier. It is perfect for lugging my two dog crates behind my vehicle instead of inside the vehicle. Thank you for offering a dimensionally larger cargo carrier than most retailers.

20 x 59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Great quality and serves its purpose. I wish I ordered the slightly bigger one to fit the bins and items I use it for. For example, a white standard igloo cooler doesn’t fit the way I need it to maximize loading capacity. I highly recommend a stabilizer to prevent wobble.
Very nice quality. Took one person and two wrench about 15 minutes to install the cargo carrier from box. It is very sturdy and the finish is very good. I really like the added height this specific carrier provides.

17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
I've been using this Cargo Carrier on my 4 Runner Venture for about a year now. I Purchased this item to haul extra gear to Nags Head from Northwestern Virginia. Installation was a breeze and it's very, very sturdy. I had two Yeti coolers packed with ice and drinks and there was no wobbling at all. I'm a 197 pounds and I was standing on it after I installed it just to check for durability and this thing is a beast. I also used this as a rod holder while on the beach and I caught a 6 foot black tip shark. Overall, I'm very pleased with this item and I would recommend to a friend.
This is a substantial, well-made product at exactly the size I needed - smaller than many, and with sides that keep items secure. It was very easy to assemble, with all parts included and clearly sorted, and with all pieces manufactured to cleanly align. The item arrived promptly, packed to protect the shipment but without waste. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a high-quality cargo carrier.
Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 Jeep Cherokee
Today on our 2014 Jeep Cherokee, we're doing a test fit of the Curt 24 by 60 Cargo Carrier. That part number is C18152. Now, this is designed to work with 2-inch hitches and has a 500 pound weight capacity. We're going to start off with some measurements here. First is going to be ground clearance. We've got about 13 and 1/4 inches of ground clearance. Overall to our vehicle, we have about 31 and 1/2 inches.
Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 Jeep Cherokee C18110
Female: Today on our 2014 Jeep Cherokee we're doing a test fit of the CURT 20 by 48 Cargo Carrier. That part number is C18110. Now we already have this installed. It's designed to work with both 1-1/4 and 2 inch hitches and has a weight capacity of 300 pounds. First thing we're going to do is take a few measurements here. Starting off with our ground clearance, we're going to have about 12 inches. Now what's great about this is that we do have a raise shank in the back which is going to help lift our carrier even higher than our hitch.
Pro Series Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 Jeep Cherokee
Today on our 2014 Jeep Cherokee we're going to be test fitting the Pro Series Solo cargo carrier. It measures 31 by 47. It's designed for use with 2" hitches and it offers a 400 pound weight capacity. its part number is PS1040100. Now this is a pretty large-sized cargo carrier so it might be a good idea to have two people to install it. But one method I have adopted has been we'll just tilt the shank down towards to opening in our receiver tube, slide it in to where it just catches on the bottom, and then as we lift up on the rear we can push in and it works out pretty effectively. Now we're going to want to line up the pinholes.
MaxxTow Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 Jeep Cherokee
Today on our 2014 Jeep Cherokee, we're going to be test fitting the 20x 47 MaxxTow Cargo Carrier, this is designed for use in 2 inch hitches, it offers a 500lbs weight capacity. It's part number is MT70108. To begin the test fit we're going to slide the shank of the carrier right into the receiver tube of our hitch. As we slide it in we want to line up the pinholes here in the rack with the pinhole in the receiver tube. With those lined up we'll take our included 5/8 pin, slide that through and secure it with the clip. The closest point of the carrier to the back of our Jeep, about 4 inches away. The carrier is going to offer us about 8 inches worth of ground clearance and overall we've added about 27 inches to the length of the Cherokee. As we open the rear hatch it does break over the plane of the carrier, let's take a quick measurement to see where that happens. It's right there at about 23 inches. The exhaust in the Jeep exit the driver's side and it is angled back towards the carrier.

We'll then slide through our 5/8th pin, part number PC3 check our website for more details on that and our clip. Now our carrier is going to offer us about 3-3/4 of an inch worth of clearance here.
