Easy to install (and uninstall) and does a great job of keeping my bike stable and sound as I travel with in in my baby Prius. I highly recommend! I'm also glad that I got the security strap to make sure that I can keep the frame safe from theft.

Several years ago I bought a self-install trailer hitch, and this year, replacement parts for our older model Thule bike rack cradles, straps and hitch lock. I had almost given up on finding the replacement parts until I remembered the great service by e-trailer. This part is hard to find because it's for a rack that Thule doesn't make any more. My rack came with two of them and I lost one. I'm so grateful that eTrailer has plenty of them in stock. It is the original part, same quality as the parts that came with my Thule rack. There are millions of Thule racks in use, and sooner or later many of us will need replacement parts. etrailer is doing us a great service by stocking them. etrailer isn't a giant company like Amazon. I would have been fine if it took them 3 or 5 days to process and ship the order, and a few more days for me to receive it. But, they processed the order and shipped it in less than 12 hours, and I received it a day or two after that. This little company beats Amazon in service. I'm a fan. (p.s., I have no affiliation with etrailer and receive no benefit from writing a favorable review. I'm just a regular customer like you.)

Exactly what we needed to help rebuild our Jeep-mounted bicycle rack. These parts were easy to find, order and pay for online via etrailer which replied with confirmation and tracking information and notification of delivery (which was actually ahead of schedule). Snug, secure fit into trailer hitch. This definitely fits the Thule model 934XTR 4 bike carrier I purchased around 2012. Not easy to verify that these parts fit older models. I've attached a picture for your reference of the carriers 1" hitch that this works with. Parts came nicely packaged and delivered in a couple of days. Would use eTrailer again!

The actual product (I assume you produced it?) is usable but the whole design is poor. It is part of an excellent bike rack for a hitch by Thule but I keep losing them and therefore must keep re-ordering. This is the third time I purchased the exact same parts. It takes two to make a anti-sway cradle for the rack. They should have been a permanent attachment as a former rack by Yahmaha had.

Perfect! Exactly like the 2 that came with my Thule hullavator, but didn’t come with my new Thule Hull-a-Port Kayak Rack.
