Today on our 2008 Toyota Highlander we'll be doing a test fit on a CIPA Universal Bar Towing Mirror, part number CM11980. It offers a wide field of view, it's going to allow us to safely and easily change lanes, pass, park or even back up while towing a trailer. As you can see I'm visible in the towing mirror but not the factory mirror. If I take a few steps in towards my trailer as you can see there's no blind spot by the way we've got it set up, but this view you get with just your factory mirror. The mirror itself can be rotated 360 degrees and can be adjusted to most angles. Got her up and down, side to side and even diagonal. By loosening up the large nut up top here it allows us to extend our mirror out to better suit our towing needs.
