Question:

I love the Kuat NV 2.0 for 4 bike option, but have one bike that is an electric with a front fender and at least one carbon bike that Id like to use a wheel mount with. Do you have a recommendation for the family with both fenders and carbon that would let you use some of each type of attachment frame and/or wheel?

The closest thing to match what you're looking for is the Inno Tire Hold Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # INH142. This uses hoops to hold both the front and rear tires and you can offset the bikes enough that you should be able to clear fenders on your bikes. The front 2 trays (nearest the vehicle) can each carry a 60 lb bike while the 2 rear trays can hold up to 40 lb bikes. Be mindful that the total weight capacity is 160 lbs so you can't load each try to capacity if you'll be carrying 4 bikes.

Another possible option is the Saris SuperClamp EX Bike Rack # SA4026F which has similar specs but it weighs in at 63 lbs which is a significant difference to the Inno Tire Hold weight of 118 lbs.

Aside from these options you would need to go with a frame mount rack like the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HR1400Z and then do your best to protect the frame of your carbon bike with something like the Thule Carbon Bike Frame Protector # TH984101.
