Today we're going to take a look at Brofee 00:00:02 Zinc Plated Two-Inch Ball with the 5,000 pound weight capacity. Now this hitch ball provides a nice connection point for your trailer's coupler. It's made of a durable solid steel construction, has a zinc plated finish to help resist rust and corrosion. Does include the lock washer and the nut for installation. It is made in the U.S.A. The ball diameter on this is two inches.
A few shank dimensions, the length on the shank is right at three inches. The diameter on the shank is right at one inch, and again, the weight capacity which is stamped on the top is 5,000 pounds so when you go to install this, you'll just drop this hitch ball with the shank down through the hole in your ball mount, go ahead and put your lock washer on, and then go ahead and put your nut on, and then just torque that down to the correct specs to hold it into place.That should do it for the review on the Brofee Zinc Plated Two-Inch Hitch Ball with the 5,000 pound weight capacity.

The product was exactly what I was looking for, a 2" tow ball with an 5/8" diameter shank. Something you will not typically find in a store.
When I am in Mariposa CA, where my mother lives, and attach the ball to the tractor, I will send two pictures. One picture with the ball attached to a Craftsman tractor and a second with the tractor towing a wood splitter. The purpose of this purchase is to be able to move the wood splitter around on her property to split wood that is too large to be moved first.
I purchased this for use on a new lawn tractor that was made with a 5/8" hitch hole for towing. This hitch ball fit the hole, was easy to install, and is well constructed. I am now able to tow my utility trailer in the yard by it's 2" hitch . etrailer is the only place that I could find this, and their service was great!
I like the product. I could not find the 2" ball in the store. Fleet Farm had the 1 7/8" ball, so I have that one too. One thing I think I would like is a quick release pin. I bought this for my lawn tractor to pull my trailer around. But then when I want to use my other items I have to take the bolt nut off, so a faster solution would be some sort of quick disconnect, since I only need this ball once in a while.
I have been searching for a trailer ball with a 1/2 inch shaft for a long time and came upon your web site and you had them. It was easy to place my order and it was shipped right away. thank you

Hard to find a 2" ball on a 5/8" shaft. etrailer has it all. Placed it on a riding mower to pull a 5X8 utility trailer for hauling brush. It is installed but I have not used the trailer yet. Good webpage and fast service.
I looked locally in 7 different stores for this ball hitch. It needed to be 5/8 inch diameter on the shank to fit a lawn mower. This was a hard to find part locally and I located it on etrailer.com. Thanks for the quick service.
I was happy to have found this little gem online, as no store around here has anything like this. The 5/8" shank fits my 4wheeler, so I can use a small trailer that has a 2" connector for work in my yard.

Was glad to locate this hard to find hitch ball to fit my Husqvarna mower. Everybody has them with 3/4 shanks, but I needed a 2 inch ball but with a 5/8" threaded shank in order not to have to ream out the mount hole on the mower which would make it even weaker than it is. I need it to tow my utility trailer across the yard to where I park it, so as not to drive my truck on the yard. The ball is described as zinc plated but it is about as shiny as chrome.
It was hard to find a 5/8 diameter, and with a short shank on top of that. They shipped it out within hours, but it took 6 days to get here by USPS …which I am not a fan of. I will check here first in the future.

Got this for flat towing my Jeep. I was unable to find a solid and economical 6" rise hitch so I got a 5" rise hitch and this 1" rise ball. Very nice combination! Just what the Dr. ordered. Thanks etrailer!

Did you know most stores dont sell a 2" ball with a 5/8" shank? Well, Etrailer does. I just needed to move my little 5'×8' flat bed trailer around with my mower. CB-20Z Hitch Ball 2" x 5/8" x 1 5/8"...It was very hard to find a short shank 2" hitch ball with 5/8" threaded end. Lawn mower only had 5/8" hole with no material to enlarge for larger size without severely weakening hitch plate. Thanks etrailer.com for having this CB-20Z Hitch Ball in stock.
The install was super easy after watching the videos. We used it frequently on group camping trips to haul all our gear and our families gear. I am was happy that I got to install it myself.
This was a difficult hitch to find. The 1" x 3" shank is kinda an oddball. Was looking for a 1" rise, but couldn't find it anywhere. This hitch had a slightly different shape than most, which gave me about a half inch rise. It will work very well. Thank You Thank You

It's hard to find a ball with a 3+ inch shank, which I needed in order to go all the way through the bumper hitch of my T100. Additionally, i placed my order late at night and was able to call in the morning directly on the phone and change my order before it shipped. That is EXCELLENT service.
