Hi everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at this performance tool adjustable height shop stool with a removable backrest. So folks, this shop stool has a nomadic action that's gonna adjust the seat height up or down with a simple pull of the lever. Now, most of you guys are aware how to use these. They're pretty simple.
This features a 13-1/2" wide or diameter padded seat. And as you can see, it swivels 360 degrees. And one of the neat things with this particular chair is you can remove this back pad and there's two different ways. So there's a push button here and here. You could simply pull that off that way, just like that, and then have it outta the way.
But I would rather push that back on real quick. And, again, they're just pretty little buttons and so you could adjust the height a little bit. But on the bottom here, there's a couple of knobs and I just unloosen those and now I can remove the whole back rest as one unit, and then I'm left with just your standard shop stool, if you will. So again, rate of 350 pounds, I'm a big dude as you can see, so it supports me just fine. Once again, it swivels, so it's a very nice, comfortable ergonomic.
It's even got a little footrest here, which makes it nice and comfy for whenever you're sitting down. You can rest your foot on it and you could simply take that lever and raise the whole thing back up once I have it in place. There we go. And it just raises up just like that. Now as far as putting that back on, went ahead and left it all loosely just so I can show you.
It's easier. So it's just simple as lining up the tubes here and pushing it back in place. Now obviously it'll help if I put it in the right way. There we go. So again, just lining up the two bars and pushing in as deep or as loose as you want it. So I've got it in pretty deep right now. You could potentially keep it out farther to make this back sit farther out, but I'm okay with that one right there. And then again, if you're pushing down with some weight, you can simply lower it to have a lower stool as needed. Now the back rest from the ground to the floor when it's fully extended is 42-1/2" tall. The foot plate at the bottom, so the four legs, that's a 17-1/2 by 17-1/2 by 17-1/2 by 17-1/2 inch square. Again, capacity is 330 pounds on the stool. The weight of it's about 13.6 pounds. It does come fully disassembled when you get it in the box, so you will have to assemble this once you get it. But it's a nice little stool. I like it. And that's gonna wrap it up, folks, for our quick look at this performance tool adjustable height shop stool with removable and base padding. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
