Hi, everyone; Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're lookin' at a Performance Tool workbench power station featuring six outlets, USB ports, and a nice built-in circuit breaker and some powerful LED lights. Now folks, with this you can centralize your workbench power needs and protect your tools and equipment. This is gonna be ideal when you mount it to the wall or vertical surface, but it could also be used on the floor as just a simple power strip. Now there are some end caps on here. From the sides, there are some screws you would need to take out.
Once you pop the end caps off, you could actually, the bracket on the metal frame hangs over, and there's a spot in the back where you could mount this onto the wall, and two holes in the backside here for mounting it onto some screws in the wall. Now I've got it mocked up here. It comes with a six-foot long cord. I've got it plugged into my red extension cord here. That's not included obviously.
But you get, again, six foot of extension with this. The lights can tilt down, which I think is awesome, because now if I have this hangin' on the wall above my work bench, I can fold 'em down, see what's goin' on. I've got a nice little fold up with a little hole through it. This is a little holder. If you wanna charge your phone, you can have the cord comin' through the back and up into the USB charging ports here.
So you've got both of those. They are a 2.4 amp and a 3.4 amp, and you've got that micro charger, the USB-C, which is a three amp. Now I'm gonna go ahead and flip these on so you can kinda see what it looks like with the lights on and off. So that's closeup with the lights off. Again, these can fold down, which is pretty nice, and they can fold back up.
And zooming back out. So you can see they're pretty bright. Same thing, foldin' 'em down. Now I'm gonna keep 'em folded down, and I'm gonna kinda raise it up. So if this was your workstation, and let's say you had it at maybe this high or higher, you'd have ample amounts of light. And then if I fold 'em back close and kinda turn and shine it to my wall back here, you can see, pretty nice. There's a nice amount of light. It's an LED light temperature of 6,000 kelvins. So let's go ahead and turn the overhead lights back on, and we'll go ahead and shut these lights off. So again, you have an on/off switch here to get power to everything on the workbench power station as well. It's rated for a total of 1,850 total watts at 15 amps through six copper-coated grounded power outlets. And the horizontal layout and spacing here provides room between those outlets for larger plugs and adapters. So, maybe you have some old-school larger, thick plugs, you need to fit a couple of 'em side by side, you can do that with ease with the spacing they've got on there. And overall, I got about 27 and 3/4 inches from side to side, 4 and 3/4 inches tall overall, and about two inches wide or deep. Well folks, that is gonna wrap it up. Just a quick look at this Performance Tool workbench power station. I'm Steven; thanks for watchin'.
