Product was exactly as advertised and fit my Yakima rack perfectly. I normally wouldn't bother reviewing something so small, but my experience with e-trailer warranted being reviewed. They were absolutely excellent on communication and to work with. I received a personal phone call after ordering to let me know that there wasn't one in stock and that it would be delayed slightly. A+ on Customer Service!!
