Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're going to be taking a look at the Demco actuator repair kit. This allows you to repair the breakaway switch on your actuator. So if something happened, maybe you drove away without realizing that the breakaway switch was still attached to your truck, and this is going to be that direct replacement for you.It's going to come with our cable, the two hooks on either side, our pivoting arm, and also the plate to hold that in place. Now, you will need to grab the part that comes kind of over the top that holds that arm in place and hooks onto there or attaches there. This is a replacement for the DA66 hydraulic brake actuator from Demco, so it should get us back to rolling again with our brake actuator.The length of the cable measures about 20 and a half inches, if we just go to the ends of the islet or the actual cable itself. If we go to the inside edge of the hooks and the same spot on the other side, we're looking at more like 23 and a half, almost 24 inches, so almost two feet for that cable, but that's really about all there is to it for our look at the Demco actuator replacement breakaway cable and lever.
