GSP offers 4 types of CV axles based on your vehicle and riding habits. The OE+ model is an affordable OEM replacement with neoprene boots. The Heavy Duty (HD) axle has a stronger shaft and TPEE boots that are better than OEM axles. The Xtreem Duty (XD) is 30% stronger than OEM axles and includes a thicker shaft for riding hard and racing. The XD is often used on lifted vehicles. The Xtended axle is a specialty product for those with long travel suspensions. It includes the same quality features of the HD axle but is longer to accomodate different builds.

Hello, neighbors. Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our GSP Heavy Duty CV Axle Assembly for the Rear, specifically for a 2016 through '23 Kawasaki Teryx4 800. Now this does fit the rear left or right side depending on your needs. It's gonna upgrade your ride with a heavy duty CV axle, and I'll throw up an image of some of the other manufacturers and their part numbers that are cross referenced for this specific assembly. It's made of hardened steel alloy.
It's built to resist wear and tear. It has oversized CV joints that are gonna let you climb rough terrain and also crawl over obstacles with ease. It's made of flexible and tough TPEE boots. They're gonna resist tearing and cracking. It comes preassembled.
It's pre-filled with a high performance moly grease that's gonna help reduce friction. On the inboard joint here, you have what's called a double offset joint and a spline count of 29. The outboard, you have a ball-style joint, which is standard, and also a spline count of 29. You get the castle nut washers. If you we inchesre to compress this all the way in, you'd get 26.44 inches overall, and if you pull it all the way out, you'd get 27.74 end to end.
The diameter of the middle shaft here is 24.5 millimeters, and it has a nice one-year warranty from the manufacturer. Well, folks, I'm Steven. That's gonna wrap it up for this Replacement GSP Heavy Duty CV Axle. Have a good one.
Easy install and working great!
Product is fine. It took too long for s hipping.
CV Joint for Kawasaki Teryx.
I like the CV joint. It is better than the original. My order was easy due to skilled staff. Plus the shipping was on time. The price was also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend. I will be back, thank you Gynger, job well done!.
The product was what I ordered. Thanks.
However, I was disappointed that it took longer to get it than I originally thought it would when I placed my order. That said, I was able to communicate my concerns and the order was delivered. This noted, I will likely order again when I need another part.
I’m not sure how useful an evaluation is at this point because these new heavy duty axles should last through years of use and they were only installed today. They look good now but time will tell. Installation was pretty much like the you tube videos showed although removal of the old axles and pushing in the new ones was physically more difficult than I expected and beyond what the tutorials showed.
