The Putco # P231920 Driving Light will work absolutely perfectly with your # 30-0025-1155 Safari Light Bar. They were unfortunately not able to provide me with any information about the amperage draw of the light kit. As far as the lamps causing an inadvertent draw on the battery goes, you won't need to worry about that happening as long as the lamps are installed according to the installation instructions. view full answer...
I spoke with one of our installers and they told me that technically you will want to wire this to the low side of the headlight wiring on your 2005 Ford F-150. You need to run the wiring to a switched circuit so that there is not power running to the relay all of the time. view full answer...
To install the Putco Driving Light # P231920 you would not necessarily have to run them to the running lights of your truck.
