Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Pacer Performance Hi-Five truck cab lights. Now these lights give your truck a big rig look and make it more visible on the road. This kit has been styled after the 2002 to 2006 Chevrolet and GM factory roof lights. Each one has a really nice smoke lens on it, which covers the incandescent amber bulbs. The bulbs are included and replaceable if ever needed. The black bases give each light a very nice look and this is a three piece set so it includes one large cluster light and two small clearance lights. And in the hardware kit, you get all the necessary installation hardware, wiring.
You get some quick splice connectors for making your wiring connections. And you also get the toggle switch. The toggle switch makes it easy to control the lights from inside the cab of your vehicle.Pretty simple installation on the roof of your truck. The light bases are designed to conform and seal to flat or curved surfaces. Again, the wiring, quick splice connectors, hardware, instructions, all of that's included.
Now drilling is required and in the instructions they do require a really helpful template. That way you can be 100% sure that you're doing things correctly. This is a universal fit and it meets SAE specifications. Now the cluster light right here, measure 15 and 1/4 inches long by 5 and 1/16 inches wide by 1 and 3/4 inches tall. The clearance light dimensions are 4 and 11/16 inches long. That's front to back, 3 and 5/16 inches wide by 1 and 9/16th inches tall.
I do have the lights already installed so what I want to do is, I'm going to run power to this one and turn off the overhead lights. And then I will run power to one of the clearance lights. That way you can get a good idea of what it looks like with power running to it.So this one right here, uses three incandescent bulbs. They have sockets that they fit into. And so we're just going to go ahead and hook it up to power.
Turn off the overhead lights. So you can see that puts off a really nice glow. Again, three incandescent bulbs in the cluster light. Now what we'll do is, run power to the clearance light. Each light is a two wire design so the red wire's the power wire. The black wire is the ground wire. And so you can see there, that puts off a really nice glow as well. The clearance lights use one incandescent bulb per light. And the bulb type is number 195. That's going to do it for today's look at the Pacer Performance Hi-Five truck cab lights. Again, these have been styled after the 2002 to 2006 Chevy and GM factory roof lights.
