Transmission Cooler Availability for a 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Question:
I have a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek that I will be towing a small trailer with and want to add a trans cooler. Can you recommend a unit for this application? Thanks,

I did some research on your 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek and it looks like you have a CVT transmission.
If your CVT transmission has lines that run from the transmission to the radiator (some do, some do not), you can install a transmission cooler. A transmission cooler is inexpensive insurance that would do a great job of extending the life of your transmission.
The best way to pick out a transmission cooler is to measure the distance in front of the radiator and go with the largest one that will fit. The part # D13614 would be an excellent choice for a cooler as long as you had room for it. It measures 11" Wide x 11-3/8" tall x 1-1/4" deep
