The Firestone suspension system, # F2061, will fit on a 1994 Ford E-350 if it is a cab and chassis model with dual rear wheels. These are the models that you usually see converted into service vehicles or RVs. If you don't have the dual wheels on your rear axle, then the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88138 is my recommendation.
I have included links to the instructions for both systems for you. After you have assembled the springs to the mounting brackets (for either set) they then just bolt into place as you can see in the instructions.
I have also included some links to Firestone suspension enhancement FAQ articles for you.
