How To Wire LED Stop/Turn/Running Light

Question:
Hi, I am using the electronics LED oval lights as stop/turn/running lights in my buggy. My question is how do I wire the red stop/turn to my car? Will I just splice the wire with my brake circuit and turn circuits? It seems to me that doing it that way will make both lights flash when turn signals are used. If you have a general wiring diagram that would help immensely.

You should have 3 wires at the rear of your LED light, or from a pigtail like part # A47PB, that plugs into a light like part # STL22RB.
The red wire will be connected to your stop/turn circuit on your vehicle. The black wire is spliced into your running lights, or the lights that are turned on your vehicle when the headlight switch is on.
The white wire is your ground and needs to be attached to a clean, bare metal surface.
It may help using a circuit tester like part # PTW2992, to help identify the wires when installing the LED light. You can see which wire has power for the function you want to attach. I have attached a product review video for a taillight you can check out.
If you have a separate wiring system on your vehicle, you can use part # RM-732, which will take the separate wiring and convert it to a 2-wire system needed for the LED lights and pigtail.
I have attached a helpful article that explains trailer wiring.
