Troubleshooting a Jammed Electric Trailer Jack
Question:
My jack will not go in either direction. I also tried to use the manual jack, it is like it is jammed.

It is likely that the interior gears have stripped due to the jack over-extending.
Since manually cranking the jack is unsuccessful, you will probably need to replace the jack, as the jack manufacturers will smash or otherwise distort the end of the screw that turns to move the leg up and down to prevent it from over-extending. If it does end up extending too far the threads will become permanently cross-threaded and it will never work right again.
