Will a Mongoose Mountain Bike with Coil Suspension Fit the Thule Passage on a 2010 Ford Edge
Question:
I have a mountain bike that is not a straight across frame. Will it work with this? The bike is a Mongoose mens 26inch with coil suspension. And to double check the rack works with a 2010 Edge. Thank you.

The Thule Passage trunk mount bike rack # TH910XT is a fit for the 2010 Ford Edge. Since your bike does not have a top frame tube that goes straight across you will need to use an adapter bar such as # 64005.
The adapter bar fits around the handlebar stem and the seat post to create an artificial top tube allowing you to carry the bike more level on the rack. This particular adapter bar happens to be the easiest to use and the least expensive. I have linked a video showing how it works.
