Info Needed to Pick Out Replacement Garnish for RV Roof Vent

Question:
my outside of this item in my motorhome measures 16 inch wide and my measurement for the thickness is 4 3/4 inches in depth might 5 inhes might work. So is the outside measures 16 inch and screws are 11 inch apart on the sides.
