Hey Daniel. The closest option I have to your measurements is the Spring Latch w/ Holdback for Trailer Tailgate - 3" x 1-1/4" - Stainless Steel item # F720-282U108. None of our spring latches are designed for trailer tongues. They're for tailgates, doors, and ramps.
Who's the manufacturer of your trailer?

Jerred, I appreciate your help with this. The trailer is a Continental, C-7 1600. I bought it in 2007. Maybe I am calling the part incorrectly in refering to it as a "spring latch." The spring latches you have have the pin parellel to the frame, whereas mine is perpindicular to the frame so the frame can be attached with a U bolt to the trailer. Send me an email and I will attach a photo. Thanks.
